The type of work I do is somewhat questionable but it's a steady income. I'm lying it's a great income despite the sacrifices I make haha. Last month I was able to acquire an apartment for myself, the food is basic but I'm hanging on. I promised myself that even after all the struggles of being alone there was a light at the end of the tunnel waiting for me.

I headed into the city in hopes of finding a job or a place to stay in and sure enough there was plenty of opportunities waiting for me. It's why I love the Chuo region of Dagda, no matter what conditions you're in there's almost anything waiting for you. I've always desired learning more about how as people we evolved learning new sciences. Sure the falling of stars was a big catastrophe but it brought infinite new things into our world. Growing up my... teachers taught me a brief summary of the sciences in Fluct matter. I was intrigued but was forced onto another path by those unforgivable people. The fire within me never died out and I can say it's what has kept me on my feet alive and well the past years. Last year I almost thought that all this reality I'm living in was going to be taken away from me again. Working on a job I loved which was focusing the Fluct matter into transportation uses. Then over the displays in news broadcast they circulated my information and a reward if I was reported to my parents. I heard by rumors they've been sending it all over Dagda and even in some other far places around Chikyu. It was a few days after when I was seen by some guards by the Palace of Cosmos and was chased down. It was then when people from an organization called "The Cage" saw me and protected me from them. I was brought into their facility and shown around what they've been working on and I found it shocking. They've been trying to discover these warp gates around Chikyu saying it grants them access to whole different worlds. They've backed this up by cases around Dagda where people go missing but return unharmed.

As usual we part ways and go on a longer hunt than usual looking for the gates that lead into different places. Honestly I'm not scared but still thinking why is it we need to find these warp gates or whatever. I get on my transporter and head to a remote forest that no one bothers to go into anymore.

I can see why no one comes here anymore, it's so dark and gloomy. I can't even tell if the tree leaves are dark green or black, but the signature readings are pointing me this way. ~ It has now been, a good solid hour in walking towards the direction I'm being pointed to. I swear if Quija broke this thing I'm gonna lose it and probably get in trouble. I'm only scared mostly by loosing my way back to where the forest starts so I made sure to mark the transporter. I- wait is this... no way.... I think I just found the gate.
