Calum's POV:
I'm sitting on the couch when Teagan's phone begins to buzz near my leg.
Odd.
She almost never get's phone calls, so it must be important. I scoop it up and push through the curtains and in to our room.
"Hey Teagan, your phone is ringing and I thought you'd want to answer it...." I trail off. I can feel my face going tomato red as my eyes land on her half-naked torso. I toss the phone to her, and she catches it, dropping it to yank her dress higher up her chest.
"S-sorry about that," I splutter, turning tail and moving back to the couch as fast as humanly possible.
"damn does she look good with less clothing on. Her short legs have the illusion of going on forever when she's just in her underwear and.... damn it Calum! Stop thinking like that," my mind races as I try and forget the images, but to no avail.
She comes whisking past the boys, and I to the front of the bus to help Ashton with the directions, while Luke and Michael go back to change. I sit on the couch in some strange trance until I feel the vehicle stop with a jerk.
"We're here," Teagan calls, skipping down the stairs of the bus, her long hair swishes back and forth and I just want to tangle my hands in it as I follow her across the parking lot.
"Hold on, let me make sure you all look okay," she pipes up, examining us each in turn. "Luke, put on a shirt that doesn't have holes in it. And for God's sake Michael, you could have at least styled your hair a bit. It looks like a rats nest," she mumbles, standing on her tiptoes to smooth out Michael's bed head.
"Yes mum, sorry mum," Luke grins, as Teagan reaches over to slap his arm.
"Go change your shirt idiot," she laughs, patting Michael's shirt down as she moves to Ashton.
"Ashton Irwin, your hair is almost as bad as Michael's," she groans, motioning for him to crouch down so she can fix it. When she finishes and turns toward me, Ashton sticks his foot out, making her stumble forward and in to my chest.
"Oops," he coughs, wriggling his eyebrows at me as my cheeks turn pink.
"S-sorry," she stutters, pushing herself off of me and smoothing her dress out. "Y-you look nice," she adds, whirling around and marching at such a quick pace towards the diner, that the boys and I have to jog to keep up with her.
"Nice catch," Michael whispers, ducking as I swing at his arm.
"Shut up," I growl, stuffing my hands in my pockets. I don't know what I'm suddenly so embarrassed about.
Teagan reaches the door to the diner before all of us, turning around to see if we're close behind her.
"Guys, please, please, please, be on your best behavior tonight okay? Ellen's giving us free food, and I really don't want you to act up," she pleads, holding the door open for all of us.
"You know we never make trouble," Luke smirks, grabbing the door and motioning her to go inside. We all follow her lead, in to just about the cutest diner I've ever seen.
There's black and white tiles splashed across the floor, and the red leather booths lend to the homey atmosphere. The place is packed with people, and a small crowd is gathered around a tiny stage, complete with a karaoke machine and a worn acoustic guitar. A chalkboard in the corner is filled with the names of different people who'll be performing, and I notice that there are a few empty slots near the bottom.
