The strong hand reached down and touched her small fragile hand. His hands were warm and soft. She never wanted to let go. Bo was the captain of the football team. He was so popular, she didn't understand why someone like that would talk to someone like her. As she carefully stood up, she said ," I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention". "You're beautiful" he said. May was astonished. She was so confused because she had never been called that. She processed it for a minute then replied," Oh, well thank you so much. No one has ever called me that before."
"I don't see how you don't get called that every day.. Your absolutely gorgeous."
" Well thanks for the compliment, Bo"
" No problem. I never caught your name?"
" May" she spoke in a confident voice.
" May. " He said ," that's a beautiful name"
" Thank you" she said softly and glanced at his Bright Blue eyes. She slightly smiled at him.
" Would you like to come with me to the football game tommorow?" Bo said.
" Well, sure. I don't see why not!"
She said.
"Okay. Ill see you tommorow." said Bo.
She waved politely and walked to her next class. Hannah flashed her a mean look but May didn't care anymore. She was a very good student, also. She made great grades and never got in trouble. She was a flawless student, until the feud about Hannah, arrived.
