So, I am no more hungry now as my own tummy is filled up with a lot of drunk natural body milk and I am not going out there for lunch. If you want to join in with others, then you will have to go there all alone, please", politely requests Seto back while continuously yawning loudly, in front of his first beloved wife Joanna.
"Dragon, you already forget that I am still pregnant with nine unborn boys and you expect me to walk around in this condition", calmly says Joanna while glaring looking at Seto, at the same time. After a few minutes later, all of them (Yuya, Yuzu, Serena, Rin, Ruri, Yulla, Julia, Cecilia, Kalina, Akira, Akiza, Rua, Ruka, Heba, Atem, Tea, Mark, Ishizu, Mahado, Kalin, Crow, Reji, Shayna, Zane, Slade, Jagger, Atticus, Mom Milla, Mom Mella, Mom Aoi, Mom Bella, Mom Miki, Mom Martha and Mom Reba accidently overhear the private conversation in between both Seto and his own first beloved wife, through the door key hole before the arrival of Yuto, Shayne, Yuri and others.
As soon as, Yuto, Shayne, Yuri, Yugo, Shingo, Yami, Yuugi, Johan, Yubel, Melvin, Anzu, Mokie, Ren, Noah, Adina, Duke, Tristy, Bakura, Ryou, Marik, Malik, Jaden, Carly, Yusei, Jack, Jesse, Seth, Josephine (Josie), Meera, Riya, Akari, Quinton, Yuma, Kai, Shia, Rio and Quattro arrive, in front of Seto's bedroom door, all of them immediately notice that everyone are sad while continuously eavesdropping the whole private conversation of both Seto and Joanna, at the same time.

After fifteen minutes later, both Reji and his would be sister-in-law Shayne immediately notice that Shayna is physically unwell and she is about to collapse on the cold floor tiles, along the corridor. "Big sister, are you okay?", calmly asks Shayne while continuously holding her elder sister tightly, along with her own would be brother-in-law Reji, at the same time. After a few minutes later, Ishizu, Reji and Shayne quickly shift unconscious Shayna to the emergency room.
As soon as, Ishizu, Reji, Shayne and Shayna enter inside of the emergency room, Ishizu quickly do both an overall and a general medical check up on Shayna's unconscious body. A few minutes later, Shayna regains her own consciousness back and she quickly notices that she, Ishizu, Reji and Shayne are inside of the emergency room. "Don't worry, my brother cousin. Shayna is fine and she is pregnant now", calmly says Ishizu.
