The Other Bionics

The Lab

Once we were at the house, I carried Kim down to the basement and into the lab she still wouldn't make eye contact with me, this time she didn't try to squirm or move out of my grip as she looked at the floor.
She locked eyes with Brie and that's when she tried to squirm I looked over at me Davenport who then gave me permission to sit her beside Brie so I did so.
"Are you okay Kimmy?" Brie said in a pained voice I just seen Kim nod.
"Are you okay B?" Kim asked her voice laced in fear and sadness.
"I'm fine," Brie said as she leaned in closer to Kim, "remember Kim don't cry don't show these monsters you're scared."
It was only me and Chase that heard that because Chase has bionic hearing and I was standing close enough to hear it those words hurt honestly.
"What happened to you?" Adam said as he began to crack up looking at my now bloody nose from Kim elbowing me in the face.
"Oh shut up Adam." I said sassily.
Mr Davenport stood up Brie protectively our her arms around Kim, like she was protecting her from evil. Mr Davenport told Adam to take Brie over to the 'cage' sort of thing he had for her it was more like one of those babies thing that stopped babies from going anywhere. Brie put up a fight but from trying to save Kim and the combonation of Adams' super strength there wasn't much logic in her plan.

Kim was left on the floor by herself and as tempted as I was to go over and comfort her I couldn't. Adam was told to pick her up and put her in one of the capsules so he did so I quickly unfroze her legs so she could stand as she was put in the capsule and Mr Davenport locked it.
He began to take out the chip and Kim's face started to pale, Douglas' face looked scared for her as Brie screamed, "No!" Then Brie broke down and under her breath whispered, "she's the only one I have and now she's going to be gone." I was really confused as I looked over at Douglas, he saw me he stood up straight and out on a stone expression. Kim fell against the back of the glass and that's when Brie's emotions took over she somehow managed to get out of the cage Mr Davenport had made for her and ripped the door off of the capsule, "KIM! NO!" She said as she reached for her 'sister', "Not like this! Not today!" She said as she dragged Kim out of the capsule, she frantically tried to feel for a pulse but got nothing in return, she broke down crying on top of her sister's body.
"What's going on?" Mr Davenport questioned as he rushed over to Kim and Brie.
"Get away from her." Brie yelled disgusted as she inched herself and Kim away from Mr Davenport, "You've done enough!"
She put Kim in the corner where she lay there lifeless as Brie stood up and cracked her knuckles, I could see the hatred and anger burning on her eyes as well as sadness.
She ran to chase and quickly kicked his side as he went flying through the wall,
"You take everything I have away from me, I'll just have to do the same to you."
