Missions

A few weeks later~

~Kim's PoV~
Finally I'm being allowed to do whatever I want now! Jack has been so paranoid with me hurting myself that it's both cute and annoying. I stood up as I stretched making my way over to the wardrobe, grabbing a cute red and black patterned top and black ripped jeans. I went into the bathroom quickly getting changed, brushing my teeth and doing my hair before walking out.
I walked down the stairs into the kitchen as I seen Mr Davenport, "Morning!" I said cheerfully but still in my quiet voice.
"Morning Kim." Mr Davenport responded.
I sat down at the breakfast bar as I stared at the glass of water I had poured for myself. I had it in my hands moving the water around in the glass deep in thought about my last and origins like my parents and how I ended up here.
I felt to muscular arms wrap around my chest, "Hey Jack." I replied smiling slightly.
"Hey." He responded calmly.
"How are you?" I asked him looking above me straight at his tanned face.
"I'm good," He responded looking straight into my eyes.
Jack and I have became really close lately, we are always together and are really close. Like almost couple close, sometimes Brie and the guys think we are a couple from the way we act but we are just really close, even though I really hope we were more.
"How are you doing?" He asked me.
"I'm good, happy to be able to walk around and stuff." I replied smiling goofily at him.
"Ugh get a room!" Adam said coming in which caught Jack's attention.
"Hey!" Jack said, "We aren't flirting Adam just a little friendly joking around."
Friendly.
I sighed as Adam rolled his eyes, "whatever."
"I'm gonna go get changed I'll catch up with you guys later." I said getting up as Jack let his arms loosen around me.
A few hours later
We were all sitting on the sofa watching a movie when Mr Davenport burst in which caught all of our attention.
"Guys!" Mr Davenport started as he tried to catch his breath, "I need you to go on a mission!"
That's when Jack, Brie, Adam and Chase all perked up.
"Where?" Chase blurted out.
"I'll send your chips the location and all the details go get changed into your mission gear."
We all stood up as Jack turned around to me, "K, don't even try, you're too weak for this one."
That's when my heart sunk as I just nodded as he ruffled my hair and sat down. I wasn't annoyed at Jack, he was just being as paranoid about me as ever but he wasn't going to stop me. He began to run to follow the others. I would be going on that mission one way or another wether Jack likes it or not.
