"Sean no! That... doesn't work!" Kaycee tried to catch her breath but she was laughing to hard.

They had tried a lift but it only ended with Sean nearly falling and Kaycee dying of laughter.

"Yes, I think so too" Sean said after he realized himself that what ever he was trying wouldn't work. He let Kaycee down slowly and carefully.

She sat down on the ground, still smiling widely and chuckling. "We have to try something else. I'm not sure whether this was physical possible," she said and pushed her hair out of her face.

Sean sat down in front of her. "Sure, didn't seem like it was." He nodded approvingly and thought for a second. "I have an idea," he said then and stood up again.

"Oh no" Kaycee said and stood up too. The last three of his ideas didn't work.

"Could you be a little bit more open?" Sean asked grinning.

"You nearly broke my neck," she responded. "Okay, tell me. What do you have in mind?"

Sean rolled her eyes at her first comment, then he started to explain.

It was the third time they met to work on the choreography. They already had the beginning and the ending; they only needed the middle. And that wasn't as easy as it sounded. To connect the pieces they already had with each other so that everything fitted was really difficult. But Sean really was an amazing choreographer and he seemed to get new ideas as soon as the old one didn't work, and every single one was better than the first.

"So, I just jump up?" Kaycee asked.

"Yeah." Sean nodded.

"Okay, let's try it" Kaycee positioned herself where she ended up, Sean standing in front of her.

The first two tries didn't work out but the third one did.

"How about I turn while you pull me up?" Kaycee pushed her hair out of her face – again – and put her hands on her hips.

"Sounds good," Sean nodded, "I'll try to not let you fall"

"Oh, thank you" Kaycee said sarcastic and sat down again.

They continued to work for a few more hours until they were satisfied with what they already had.

"One more round?" Sean asked at some time.

"Yeah. Is dance class today?" Kaycee asked as she walked up into the middle of the room.

Sean walked to the music box to start the song all over again. "Yes," he said. "Jake Kodish has his turn today. Do you know him?"

"No" Kaycee shook her head. "Do you attend?"

Sean nodded. "Think so," he said, then he came back to start dancing.

"Why didn't you answer my phone calls?" Bailey asked and looked at Kaycee expectantly as if she thought Kaycee would say she rescued the world or something.

"Sorry, I was busy" Kaycee said and put her bag down.

Bailey shook her head. "That's not an acceptable answer for leaving my calls unanswered for two whole days!"

Kaycee rolled her eyes. "I said I'm sorry. I was busy and forgot"

"What the hell made you so busy that you forget to answer phone calls?"

Before Kaycee could notice, her eyes travelled to Sean who stood on the other side of the room and talked to his friends. It was only for a second but Bailey realized.

"Wait, wait, wait!" She stopped in front of Kaycee. "What made you busy? You weren't even in dance class. And Sean wasn't either" Bailey turned around to look at Sean suspiciously. The boy felt the look on this back and turned around, shooting a questioningly look at Kaycee and Bailey. "What did you do?" Bailey looked from Sean to Kaycee.

Sean frowned a bit and rose his eyebrows. Kaycee crossed her arms.

"You were together, weren't you?" Bailey put one and one together.

Kaycee looked away.

Sean came over, with Josh and Gabe in tow. "What's wrong?" he asked and looked at Kaycee who returned his look after a second.

"Where were you" Bailey repeated her question, now looking at Sean with narrowed eyes.

"Oh, here and there" he said.

Josh laughed. "I don't think this is the answer she wanted to get, dude"

Sean shook his head. "Why do you want to know that, Bailey? You are never as interested in my life"

"You weren't here yesterday." Bailey just ignored his question.

"That's true" Sean nodded.

"Where were you?"

"At home" Sean shrugged. "Not a big deal, Bailey"

But Bailey wasn't satisfied with his answer so she turned back to Kaycee. "And you? You weren't here either. Where were you?"

Kaycee didn't know what to say. She didn't know whether Sean wanted the rest to know that they worked on that secret project of his. So, she just looked at him questioningly, something that, in fact, made it even more obvious but Kaycee didn't know what to do.

"She was with me" Sean said and the whole group looked at him with wide eyes.

"I was right?" Bailey didn't seem to believe what he said.

"Yes" Sean nodded.

"Why were you together?" Now not only Bailey but also Josh's curiosity was awoken.

"We worked on something" Sean said and started stretching. Dance class would start in a few minutes.

"Don't tell me it's this secret offer-thing" Josh said.

Kaycee decided to start stretching too. The rest of the group just stood there and watched.

"It isn't. At least not directly" Sean responded.

"How do you mean not directly"

Kaycee rolled her eyes. "You guys are really annoying, anyone ever told you?"

"Once or twice" Bailey responded. "But could you tell us now what you are working on?"

"No" Sean said and smirked. "It's a secret." He winked at Kaycee, then he turned around and left.

Bailey looked at Kaycee threateningly. "I will find out. Believe me. I will find out whatever you two are doing"

Kaycee just nodded. "Much fun with that" she said and followed into the direction Sean went because the choreographer wanted to start.

"Everyone ready for 'Lost In Japan'?"

The room screamed approvingly and Kaycee couldn't help but smile as she caught Sean's eyes. Seattle really wasn't as bad as she thought in the beginning. It was completely different but she liked it. And couldn't wait for how things would turn out.
