I sighed as I looked at clock. It's already 4pm. Niki is not yet here and I'm hungry af.
I heard my stomach made a sound which made me laugh. But I rolled my eyes, standing up from my seat. I grabbed my phone and wallet, and went out to get some snacks. I can't take the pain inside my stomach as I dialed Niki's number.
"Yo, where are you now? I want to eat so bad." I pouted even though she couldn't see me.
She sighed, and I heard papers being flipped. "I'm sorry sis but my boss gave me an overtime. I got a lot of paper works to do."
"But you promise. Anyways, I'm heading to the convenience store. Stay safe! I'll be waiting for you."
"Aww thanks. I will."
I hang up, heading out of the apartment. I walked towards the elevator but suddenly I bumped to someone, causing me to fall on the ground.
"I'm sorry." a deep voice said.
He held his hand out, and I took it. I dusted off the dirt on my pants. I was about to say my thanks to him but my mood changed when I saw his face.
"You." We said at the same time.
"I shouldn't have helped you." Mingyu rolled his eyes. He groaned, walking away from me.
"Whatever big man." I mumbled.
I followed him since the way we're walking is where the elevator is located. He looked at his back. He abruptly stopped from his tracks, and obviously I also stopped since he's in front of me.
"Yah, why are you following me now?"
I laughed at his face. He looked at me weirdly. I stopped and looked at him with a serious face. "I thought you're smart. I'm heading towards the elevator. Why would I follow you? Aish."
I walked past him, hitting him on the shoulder. I rolled my eyes as I arrived at the elevator. What a great way to start my night.

"Do you know that our new teacher is so handsome?" I heard my friend said. I took a bite of my hamburger, not giving any shit about the news that has been talked about since morning.
"Yah Ryu. Are you okay? You're not yourself. You're so quiet." Haley said as she poked my cheek. I glanced at her before taking another bite of my food.
"I know right. Did something happen? Spill." Sam said, leaning towards me. Now, the rest have their full attention to me.
I'm known as the noisy and jolly person in our group so it made them really curious why I'm not saying a word since we hang out last recess time.
I took a sip of my juice, then groaned. "I bumped to him again."
"Mingyu?"
