"I can't believe. It's my big day this soon.. it still feels like dream."said Yue glancing towards all the colorful decorations, her dresses and accessories.
"That's somewhat true.. but bless you. You're going to live happily and I'm sure of it." Said ah-ming looking at them all too..
She somehow felt stuffy and so she just excused herself and went for a stroll in the gardens..
She sat in the garden and stared at the sky without blinking and still lost in thoughts.

[Si ming sitting in the garden.. ]
"Hey beautiful." Called out someone as the said person waved his hand before her eyes.
"Me?" Ah-ming turned and asked to where the sound came from.
"Yes, you." said the guy as he sat near her.
"Why do you look sad?" He said without looking at her.
"I'm not sad or anything. It's just that I want to spend some time alone.." she replied looking at the stars in the sky.
"Then why does your eyes seem to loose their usual brightness and had even become a lil dim?" He asked again. This time staring into her eyes.
"Really? Why did I not notice it before?" She said as if she was surprised.
"Hehe.. don't pretend. You can lie to anyone but not to me." He said as he ruffled her hair.
And he was none other than the second prince Leeshan.
"Oi. Don't do like that! Now you made my hair messy.. I spent a lot of time to comb it, you know?" She pouted complainingly.
"I know. You work really hard." He said.
"It's good that you know." She said.
"But it's for him right?" He asked suddenly as he looked towards a particular shadow that was moving..
Not towards them though.. But one can guess towards whom it was.
She looked at leeshan then at the shadow. And somehow once again her eyes turned a bit dispirited.
"So.. you've got a crush. Isn't it?" Asked leeshan directly.
"Wa- what?? I ain't got anything. So just mind your words." She said.
"Really?.." he said dragging the words slightly as if to tease her.
"...." She didn't know what to reply for that..
And he continued to stare at her waiting for an answer.
"Fine! I will confess. But don't you dare to tell it to anyone. Not even to the dust. Do you understand?" She asked demandingly and he finds that cute.
"I understand! I swear upon the heavens and if I tell anyone let the lightning strike me.." and he took an oath.
And so she opened up her heart to him..
"Yes.. I've a crush on chenshang."she said.
"I know." He said and began to Pat her lightly.
"And now that he's suddenly getting married.. I feel empty." She said and tears we're gleaming in her eyes.
"Ah.. don't worry. You still have me right? If no one wants to marry you, come to me. I will be waiting for you" he said as he ruffled her hair once again.
"Mmm.. okay. Lend me your shoulders. I've to vent my emotions by crying." She said and didn't wait for his reply and snuggled close to him.
Then she cried all she wanted and his shirt now it had a large wet patch over it.
She looked at it and suddenly burst out laughing.
He gazed at her affectionately and then asked..
"When did you fall for him?" He really wanted to know about it.
He was sure he could have made her feel something for him and He personally felt he was a lot suitable for her than his brother.
"It was when we were younger.I started developing feelings for him from the day he saved me heroically from a enormous cockroach." She replied as she looked back into the past happily..
'What the hell!' was the thing Leeshan thought at the moment.
"Are you sure know what you're speaking right now?" He asked at her in shock.
"Yeah. Why?" And she questioned back again..
"You fell for him just because he saved you from... A cockroach?" He asked as if she was talking about an alien.
"Mmm... What is wrong with you?" she asked.
"Wasn't I supposed to be asking that to you instead?" He asked her back.
Her face was painted with the word 'confused' as she looked at him.
He looked at her intensely and then gave a really long sigh..
After a brief silence he turned to her, held her face in his hands and stared at her eyes..
"Hey, if I beat a cockroach like him.. will you fulfill my favour? No matter what it is?" He asked softly to her.
Ah-ming was still a bit confused as she looked at him.
"Promise? I will always be there to protect you.." he said seriously.
She was blank for a moment and then smiled sweetly at him.
"Oh.. of course! I promise." She said and they both stretched out their pinky and held it together tightly under the moonlight.
"Remember your promise! If you forget it I will haunt you in your dreams.." he said a little threateningly.
"Ok! I will never forget it." She told happily.
Then Leeshan suddenly holds ah-ming's hand and pulled her over.
"I want to show you something. Come here." He said tugging at her hand again slightly.
"Oh.." she blushed and followed him.

"Look up." He said and lifted her chin up gently.
Ah-ming was then met with a colorful sky as she was being surrounded by bright fireflies.
They were all sparkling and twinkling and glimmering around her.
"They are bueatiful." She said.
"Yes. Just like you." He said and caressed her face.
She blushed once again and they continued to sit in the garden as she leaned on him and they watched the fireflies together..
