Each off them wore a life vest since they will go on an island hopping around Boracay. Soyun laid her head on Yoona's shoulder as she let the air brush her hair. A few minutes later, they saw an island as they approached it. Before that this morning she didn't have a nice sleep as expected, she was over thinking last night that made her awake. Even a single tear didn't fall down.
Once they reach the first island, they got out of their boat carefully as they step their foot in the sand.
" Welcome to Puka Shell Beach!" Someone at her twentys greeted them with a welcoming smile.
" Hello, My name is Nicole and I will be your tour guide for the day." She introduced herself. They greet her back with a smile on their faces.
" So, I'll start off with some facts about Boracay. First of all the name Bocaray is attributed to different origins. One story says that it is derived from the local word borac which means white cotton with characteristics close to the color and texture of Boracay's white sugary and powdery sand. Ati ( an ethic group) tradition states that the name of the island came from the Inati words bora meaning bubbles, and bocay meaning white. Yet another version dating back to Spanish era says the name is derived from sagay, the word for a shell and boray, the word for seed."
" It is also a small island in the Philippines located approximately 315 kilometres south of Manila and 2 kilometres off the northwest top of Panay island in Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Boracay Island and its beaches have received awards from numerous travel publications and agencies. In addition it is also famous for being one of the world's top destinations for relaxation."
After Nicole introduced the place, they decided to buy some souvenirs since the island they were in which is puka beach sells a lot of those.
At some point, Soyun got her mind off the drama with her now ex-boyfriend. Soyun scanned the bunch of souvenirs and there she saw a bunny necklace. It definitely looks like the one she bought when she had a vacation on her high school years.
" Wait! I remember this!" Ellah exclaimed as she picked up a bracelet that had an empty space. The blank space was for the name.
" Soyun, gave us all of these right?" She turned to me as she nod her head.
" Oh yes, I remember now." Hoseok uttered as he looked at the different colours and designs.
" Did I receive one of those?" Jungkook suddenly spoke startling all of them.
" I know you got one... Oh I remember you receiving a bunny necklace!" Taehyung exclaimed with a victorious smile. Ellah glared at his eyes shutting him up.
" A bunny necklace...?" Jungkook uttered cluelessly. He then saw a bunny necklace on the table.
" Like that one." Yoongi pointed it out with his hand. Jungkook thought hard but he couldn't remember. After a little while a Flashback came into his mind. He was holding a red letter and a bunny necklace. Pictures of him and a girl, he couldn't say who it is since, Seokjae and Soyun looks the same. He couldn't assuse. He knows he didn't receive that kind of letter. Jungkook was shocked when he was crying in that Flashback.
" Uhh... Jungkook don't push yourself if you don't really remember." Soyun spoke bringing him back inyo his senses. He held his head for a while as Jimin and Namjoon came into his side.
" I'm okay don't worry. Just a sudden Flashback or something like that I guess..." He said, Soyun didn't know he was getting flashbacks. She wanted to ask what it is about but at the same time she doesn't want to.
" About what?" Seokjin asked looking at the maknae's brown eyes.
" I was in my room, holding a red letter with some pictures with a girl. Then there was that bunny necklace. Also I was crying in that Flashback but I don't really know why." Jungkook explained with a confused look. That red letter was Soyun's letter with the cute bunny necklace. She was looking at Jungkook with wide eyes. She didn't know Jungkook cry because of her and she felt guilty on it. Just as he glanced at her, she looked down on her feet with guilt.
Seokjin remembered her sister giving him the red letter for him. He looked at him with sad eyes. They don't know yet why does he not remember them. It was still a mystery to solve. As time passes by Jungkook was remembering their memories especially Soyun and him. He was confused why does he keep getting those.
" Let's shrug it off and just have fun." Jungkook said with a smile on his face. The others nod in agreement and continued to stroll around. After that they went swimming again.
They also went to Bulabog Beach for water activities like kite surfing and others. Next was ilig Iligan beach which is a tranquil palm-fringed beach with white sand, open air and seafood eateries. After they went for island to island they came to the last one which is where the famous landmark Willy's rock is located. The famous landmark is near the shore of the White sand beach. It was a great view and perfect for capturing photos. There were three big rocks with some trees on the top. It also had a staircase to go up to the Virgin Mary.
All of them settled for a bit before going back. Soyun even found a white crab hiding on the sand. They all found her cute because she was pointing on it like a child. At the end of the day Soyun somehow managed to be happy even for a short time and also forget her own problems.
