One Final Showdown

Bucky was feeling terrible about everything that happen in the last 24hours, he was petting Ramona on her head rubbing his hands where her ear had a split from the time they were at war, he remember that she got clip by an enemy bullet and it grazed her ear leaving a split. "What's going to happen to your friends?" Bucky question absentmindedly. Steve wasn't sure how to answer, "What ever happens, i'll deal with it." Bucky didn't like the answer, "I don't know if i'm really worth all this Steve." He said playing with Ramona fur then looking out the window, Ramona lick Bucky hand trying to give him comfort, feeling his energy slip into sadness, Bucky gave her a very small smile. Steve look back to his friend, "What you did all those years, that wasn't you, you didn't have a choice." Steve said not wanting his friend to feel hurt, Bucky had tears gather in his eyes remembering all the stuff Hydra had him do, "I still did it." Bucky said not really feeling like he need redemption. Steve couldn't say anything else after that statement, there was nothing to say really. Ramona gave a whine looking at Bucky putting her paw on his lap, Bucky rub his hand on her chest while thinking about everything, the small comfort she was giving helped just a little.

Steve touch down in Siberia, Bucky walked over to the weapon station getting his favorite gun and ammo. Steve and Bucky waited for the door to open feeling the cold winter snow blowing in the cockpit, "Do you remember that time we all went to the fair, and you spend all our money trying to win a girl a prize." Steve said with a smile remembering the day clearly, Bucky laugh remembering how mad his sister was at him spending their money and couldn't return home. "Yea, Becca was so mad, but the ice truck wasn't so bad" Bucky said, he couldn't remember Rebecca face but he did remember somethings and that was one of the first great memories that pop up. Steve smiled sadly, thinking about the little sister that he loved so much, missing her spunk, Steve wrap his arm around his friend then stepping down going to the building that Zemo entered not that long ago.

Ramona was in front of them smelling Zemo scent and following the trail, Bucky and Steve was behind ready any moment for the other Winter Soldiers to jump out any minute. Ramona turned her head to the door behind them when she heard a thump, Bucky and Steve look to her then at the door hearing it being pried open, "You ready?" Steve ask, "Yea" Bucky said gun aim at the door ready to take out who ever was behind it, to their surprise Tony was the one who opened the door. Tony walked forward taking off his helmet looking around, "You all seem a little defensive" He said, "It's been a long day." Steve said not really sure why Tony was here with them, "Why are you Tony?" Steve ask making his way to him slowly, "Maybe your story wasn't to farfetched." Tony said then he spotted Bucky and Ramona who didn't move from their spots, "Hey guys relax, we are making a truce here can you put the gun down and stop growling at me please." Tony said feeling uncomfortable with Ramona stare down and Bucky gun pointing at his head. Steve gave them a signal to relax which Bucky did reluctantly, Ramona huff out air continuing her way to Zemo, Tony then took the lead, "Hey paint, don't worry I got this." Tony swag to lead the pack, Ramona stop and stared at the man, "It's ok girl, you're still the best." Bucky said petting Ramona on her head passing by. Steve gave her a pet as he passed by also, Ramona growl lowly taking up the rear. Ramona then looked behind her thinking that she heard something coming down the stairs and smelling a familiar scent.

The group soon spotted the Winter Soilders noticing that each one had a bullet to their head, "If it make your feel better, they died in their sleep." Zemo said "Damn" Bucky said looking around at the five, Steve threw his shield at Zemo hoping to break the glass that he was behind, "Calm down Captain please don't break the glass." Zemo said in his creepy voice. Steve walked up to the glass, "You killed innocent people just to get us here?" Steve asked looking at the man with so much hate, "I've wait for this moment, i've study you, and seeing you close, it shows you do have some flaws." Zemo said with a smirk "Now that you all are here, i'm here to finally fulfill a promise." Zemo then played a video about the truth that was keep secret from Tony all his life. The video began to play for Tony and Steve to watch, "I recognize this road." Tony said then he looked down at the date that the tape had, "What is this!" Tony ask, Zemo just look to him not answering his question. Tony and Steve went back to watch the horrific video of how his parents was truly murdered, by Bucky all this time. Ramona was feeling something shift in the room, she notice Tony energy change drastically along with Bucky as he heard the motorcycle pull up to the car. Steve look to Tony out the conner of his eye knowing that the secret that he's been keeping since Washington was in the open, Tony watched the video with an unreadable expression, once the video was over and hearing his mother plea Tony calmly look to Steve, "Did you know this." Tony ask way to calmly for Steve liking, Steve didn't want to give Tony the truth, "I didn't know it was him-" Steve started but Tony wasn't here for his lies, "Don't play me Rogers did you know!" Tony ask feeling the betrayal sweep in, "Yes" Steve finally answered, Tony gave Steve a look before knocking him in his face and on his ass. Ramona and Bucky went on the attack, Tony blast Ramona way from him then grabbing Bucky by his throat ready to end his life, Tony flew Bucky to the floor pinning down his metal arm aiming his weapon at his head.
