LID - Chapter 25

Lisa's POV

"You going somewhere Lily?"

Oh, no.

"Umm... I'm not that hungry yet. So, I'll just go, get some air. Besides, I also need to do something for... Work?"

They seem to be suspicious. I hope it works. Please, please, pleeeeeease!

"You should probably go Lily." Jisoo Unnie said.

Sighs. I just nod to her and smiled to everyone.

I sat down on a big stone watching the view of the beautiful beach in front of me.

I don't know why but it feels so familiar. All these people around feels like I've known them for so long.

"You okay?"

I turn around to see my bestfriend, Rose.

"Nothing. How about you? Aren't you supposed to eat lunch with the others?"

She sat down on the stone beside me.

"Nah, I'm already full. Besides, my bestfriend is not there"

I just smiled. This girl really.

"Tell me, what's wrong? Look, I've known you Lisa, for 10 Years and you don't even think of tricking me are you? Saying nothing when I know there's something."

I guess, there's no way I'll be able to escape from her.

"We both know I don't have any memories of my past, right?"

She just nod at me.

Yeah, you heard me right. All I've remembered was just from 12 years ago when I just woke up in a pink room and saw Mama Rina's worried face (Mom's elder sister) in front of me. She told me that I was in an accident and lost my memories. But that was not just yet. My parents blamed me for what happened. Not just I, lost my memories, but including my twin sister, Lily. Ever since that day, they just ignored me and I felt dead staying in the same roof breathing the same air with them. As much as I don't wanna leave them but I needed to. It's for the best. Well, that's what I think it is. Besides, they neither complain nor stop me from leaving. So, I've decided to just stay at Mama Rina's house. Besides, she also wanted me to stay and live with her. She's been living alone ever since she moved out from her parent's house to supposedly have her own family someday. But, she seems to be not fortunate enough to have someone to be with her forever. So, she decided to make me as her own family instead. Besides, she's like a mother to me and that's an enough reason for me to live on with my life.

"They all seem familiar to me. All of them. Well, probably except for you and Jimin since I've known both of you already. Other than the two of you, it feels like I've known everybody for a long time already. But I've just met them. I just don't... Get it."

Shit! My head hurts. Aarrrrhhhh!

"Lisa, what's wrong?! Anyone, please hel-"

And with that, everything is black.

I opened my eyes and saw a bright light above me. Am I in heaven now? Am I dead? Sighs. I should've at least say my goodbyes to them. I just covered my eyes with my hands and cry. I should've at least say sorry to them! I lied to them!

"Umm... Lisa? Are you okay? Is something painful you're feeling right now?"

Wait... Why am I hearing Jisoo Unnie's voice? Oh, no! Is she dead too?!

"Yah, Lisa!"

Mama Miya! I just stand right away and started to run away from her when she was able to stop me by pulling my hair which is freaking damn painful!

"Sit and let's talk."

I let out a sighs. So, I'm not dead? Thank goodness!

"Yah, Jisoo Unnie! That was painful."

She just smiled at me and did the peace sign.

"Hehe, sorry! I just did what my body instantly do when I'm in an instant situation like this."

Tsk!

"So, what do you want to talk about? And why are you the only one here? The last time I remember, I was with Rose. How did I end up being here with you?"

She turned into serious mode right now and to be honest with you, she's freaking scary.

"First of all, you ask too many questions. But don't worry, I'll explain everything and after this, make sure to answer my question "HONESTLY". You got me? "

I just nod at her. I'm scared. Really.  Specifically when she emphasized the word "honestly".

"Okay! So, I actually followed you the time you've decided to go out, get some air because for your information, I do all the work which means you're lying. But I let you go because you're obviously not okay. The time Rose arrived, you told her what's wrong right?"

So... She heard everything?!

"That's right. I heard everything."

I just bit my lip.

"Please don't tell anyone."

I just can't read her face right now. All I can see is a blank expression.

"Yes or no, Lisa."

Gosh! This is making me nervous.

"Are you Lali?"

Wait... What?! Lali? Why does she knows my nickname?

"I actually do not remember. But, Mama Rina told me it was what my friends called me before I lost-"

I wasn't able to finish what I'm suppose to say because she just directly...

Hug me.

"Umm... Jisoo Unnie? Are you okay?"

I was about to let go when I felt my shirt starting to get wet.

"Jisoo Unnie, why are you crying? Did I do something wrong? Whatever it is, I'm sorry. Okay? Please just stop crying right now."

What should I do? What should I do? She's literally crying right now. Non-stop! I can clearly hear and feel it. Now she's even crying more. Gosh! What do I do?

"I missed *sobs* you so much! I'm so sorry, I didn't know you've been through so much! *sobs* We thought you just left us without *sobs*... Saying goodbye."

Huh?
