MAGIC SHOP CAFÉ

Yoongi sighed for the fifth time in a row that morning since he arrived at his new job. Jimin nudged Taehyung, who raised his face from the latte he was preparing to see where his childhood best friend was pointing.

After noticing it, the taller boy shrugged without knowing what to do and Jimin insisted with his head, pointing at the new co-worker.

Yoongi distractedly tended to a customer who had bought a book, giving the wrong change back. Luckily the client was not a deadbeat and returned the extra money that the employee had given, as Yoongi thanked him for his mistake with wide eyes.

His head turned to see Tae standing a couple of feet from him with big eyes and a cute square smile. In his hands, the boy was carrying a glass of cappuccino with plenty of whipped cream, which he held out to the eldest as an offering.

"I almost caused financial damaged to the Magic Shop Café, and you're offering me a cappuccino?" Yoon's eyebrow rose in confusion at the younger man's friendliness.

"You look upset about something, hyung. I just wanted to bring something to help calm your heart." The reasoning didn't make any sense to the eldest, but he said nothing, bowing gratefully and receiving the hot drink. "If you need to talk to someone, count on us." The young boy indicated enthusiastically, pointing to himself and to Jimin, who served another customer at the counter.

Yoongi said nothing as he saw the boy return to the café and attend another table. Three more customers had entered the store and were wandering around looking at the different book and music sections. Only one of them decided to buy something and when the three finally left, Min found himself alone again, left to his thoughts.

For the sixth time, he sighed heavily that morning, and it was still two hours before lunch. His head rewound every conversation with Hoseok. Min was hurt by Jung's actions, he wanted to try to understand why, after so many years, his former best friend was using Yoongi's guilt against him.

At the time of the incident, Hoseok was the only one to support and forgive him. Back then he seemed sincere, but now... everything had changed. Perhaps seeing Yoongi again had revived Hobi's pain; at least that's what the older believed.

"If you want to go home early, we don't mind. In the morning there is never a lot of movement, nothing that TaeTae and I can't handle, and Kookie arrives right after lunch." Jimin said startling Yoongi who hadn't noticed the boy's approach.

"What? No, I don't need to go." He spoke hastily, fearing that his mood was disturbing his work and this could cause his resignation, on the first day. "I promise I will improve my attitude." Jimin let out an angelic laugh with adoring eyes almost closed and Yoongi was confused.

"There's nothing wrong with your attitude, hyung, we are only concerned with you."
