Chapter 18: Evans little brother

Felix did decide to drive me home, much to Sam's disgust. I stare at the beautiful green car before me, I think I'm in love! With a car! The drivers side window was sliding down to reveal a knowing smile that belonged to Felix, of bloody course!

"You gonna stand there all day?" He shouted

I jolted up from the wall I was leaning against and hopped into the passenger seat, clicking my seatbelt into place. I notice a strange presence behind me and I whip my head around, noticing a familiar face from the other day.

"Oh yeah," Felix remembered, "Cameron, this is Thalia. Thalia this is my friend Cameron, Evans brother," he introduces, at the mention of Evan I notice the similarities, that's where I've seen him!

"Wow, she's even hotter than you let on!" Cameron exclaims, just realising what he said to my face makes his cheeks redden. I stifle a laugh threatening to escape my lips.

"Nice to meet you too," I smiled and turned back to face Felix.

Felix starts the car and heads home, we had even driving in a peaceful silence for which seems like forever. A memory of what I promised Sam pops in my head, crap I asked him to dinner.

I grab out my phone and look at 2 missed calls from Sam. I check my voice mail and sure enough Sam's voice starts to play what he recorded.

'hi Thalia, it's Sam. Anyways I understood that you asked me to dinner and I errr...don't know your address so I you could give me a ring or message me that might make me a lot earlier so...' His voice was interrupted by a female, ' Samuel, who are you talking to? Give me that phone young man! I've told you this before dear, don't play with a girls heart without knowing you will eventually break it. If it's that hazardous girl Amberly I want you to cut the line. She's not worth it,' the woman who sounds a lot like a worried mother rants on until Sam's voice interrupts her like she did he, 'mum I'm voice mailing Thalia! And besides she is worth it, I'm going to hers for dinner tonight to meet her new family, she's a nice girl mum you should meet her soon!' With that said his mum must of snatched the phone right out of his hands and whispered into the phone, ' Thalia if you can hear this, I think you are a great influence on my Sammie, his grades have never been so great and he must have finally found his lost manners because he even said please yesterday! Tomorrow you are here for dinner okay sweetie! I will pass it back to my little Sammie Wammie!' She passes back the phone and groans, 'mum please! Anyways the address would be great um bye, love you'

The voice mail stops making me smile, I'm adored by both of his mothers! I quickly text (well as much as a girl can with a cast on) him the address and put my phone back in my pocket without a word. A hand waves in front of my face, separating me from my thoughts, and looking towards Felix, "sorry what?"

He chuckles and looks back to the road, "I said, who was that?"

"Who?" I asked

"On the phone!" He gives me a duh face and chuckles again

"Oh! It was a voice mail from Sam," I said, waiting for a reaction but not getting a clear one.

"Sam?" He asks talking a sip of his coffee.

"Bolasco?" I half questioned, "you know, my boyfriend,"

The moment I said boyfriend Felix's coffee was spat straight onto his front window, his grip tightened on the steering wheel making his knuckles turn an unhealthy shade of white.

"Sorry to burst your bubble sweetheart, but Sam doesn't do the relationship thing. Never has, never will. He is a full time player, end of story," Cameron smirked

"Well Cameron, if that's what you think, stay for dinner, Sam was already invited," I snap right back at him.

"I will then," he replies

"I guess no one cared to ask me who's company I wanted to share tonight's graceful meal with," Felix huffs

"Oh Felix my dear," I pat him on the back as he pulls in to the driveway, "you can bring your boyfriend next time," I giggle and hop out of the car giddily.

"Whatever," I hear him mutter as he chucks the house keys to me.

Pacing. I can't think of what to wear, oh! It's just Sam! I look through my wardrobe and find a white T-shirt with the print '07' on it with two stripes on either shoulder. I slip it on, matching it with my leather skater skirt and Sam's jacket. I quickly fishtail my hair down my back and put my contacts in. That's right I need contacts, but no one else actually knows.

I hear a knock at the door and grab a lip gloss before leaving the guest bedroom. I walk downstairs to the hallway that leads to my door. I notice that Felix has already answered the door and is having a conversation with Sam. By the looks of it, they aren't getting along. They haven't noticed my yet so go through the living room and listen into their conversation.

"What are you doing here Wilson," Sam scowls.

"Well, I live here," Felix remarks

"If you live here then-" Sam gets cut off by me barging into the conversation and leaping into his arms.

"Surprise!" I yell, "this is the family that adopted me," I smile

Relief courses Sam's face, "so that means you and Felix are brother and sister?" He smirks at Felix.

"Legally, she is my mums daughter, not my sister. So if I wanted to date her, I could." Felix smiles smuggly

"Which isn't going to happen, because she's with me," Sam's hugs me closer to him possessively.

"Remember the Drew situation!" I whisper yell at Sam reminding him about the last encounter, making Sam drop his scowl replacing it with a smile.

"So what's for dinner?"
