@emlopez: A week and half before the conference, they had to change their entire special dance for a lot of different reasons.
@emlopez: Missions were busted to find hairpieces and correct leggings.
@emlopez: The outfits didn't get here until that Wednesday and the backstage team + volunteers where there for hours on end steaming and making sure everything was organized
@emlopez: I'm not part of that ministry, but I can tell you that they really go above and beyond for conferences - and never once do they get the recognition for it.

i've worked backstage for these conferences (irl) and the work that goes into them, with about zero recognition and thanks is real. i love doing it but man if people only knew
