I'm with Mentor at the moment and wanted to share something she just said:
Sometimes I feel like I'm not grieving right. Especially with everything the media, and people in general, are saying about me. Like I'm not crying enough, I'm not doing enough to show the pain I'm in. Then I remember that they don't see it all. They don't see the sleepless nights. They don't see the panic attacks. They don't see the days I can't answer the phone for anyone. They don't see the ugliness that this healing is causing. And the ugliness is good. It's part of the process.
