As in, if you work outside or are working out, don't think you will be okay doing all 21 days with just liquids. | @valelopez: Fasting without prayer is just dieting. | @valelopez: If it's not sacrifice, it's not fasting. | @valelopez: Stuffing your face the night before fasting starts is normal.
