ADDIES POV

*hour after accident*

Quickly, after saying goodbye to Beau, I ran back inside. I can't believe that Jai saved me. Well, I could have saved myself though being the extremely strong woman that I am. Okay probably not. But I told him to leave me alone. I want him away, but I want to just cuddle him, you understand?

Once I make it back to my room, I rummage through my closet. I have absolutely nothing to wear. Oh well. I skip over to my dresser and pull out a pair of long black leggings. I pair them with my pink sweatshirt and Uggs. I'm only going out for a little, it won't matter.

After I've brushed my hair and teeth, I throw my hair Into a messy side braid. I put on some mascara and foundation quickly and then make my way down my stairs.

That's when I realize, my cars in Colorado. I face palm my self and slip my phone from my hoodie pocket.

To: Lukey Pookey 😛

"Heyy, Luke um I don't have a car atm. :p wanna hang out today?"

I walk back inside and take a seat on my couch, waiting for a reply. I would go over to their house but Jai's over there. My phone vibrates against my stomach and I pull it out excitedly.

"YES! I miss you so much :) you're my bestie (; pick you up in 2?"

I smiled to myself, but slowly something turned in my stomach. What if he makes it awkward? With all the May and Jai stuff. I shake my head, clearing my thoughts and rub my eyes. I stand up taking a deep breath and head for my door. I sit on my concrete porch, waiting for Luke.

JAIS POV

May decided to leave once I got back inside, after Addie's little incident. I can't believe she didn't even thank me. Well, actually I don't blame her. I'm supposed to 'leave her alone' but I really don't want to.

I sat on my couch watching some cartoon from this morning and mess around on my phone. I jump a little when Luke sweeps around the corner, sliding on his socks. He's smiling like an idiot as he runs to the door. "And where are you going?" I playfully raise my eyebrow at him. "I'm hanging out with Addie. I have missed her so much." He giggles like a little girl. My heart drops and I go back to my phone, as if I don't care. But I really do. Don't let Luke take my Addie. Please. I mentally pray as I watch him slip on his shoes and make his as out of the door.
