Chapter 5

"So Centauri do you still write music?" Linda asks

"Yea I do but I haven't been writing lately. It's been a lot going on" Centauri says as she eats vegetables

"You write music?"  Bryson asks

"I do" Centauri says

"You gotta let me here you sing one day" Bryson says with a smile

"Mhm" she says as she plays with her food

"Are y'all done with your food? if so let me take those plates " Linda says as she reaches for the plates

Linda and Larry go clean up in the kitchen and wash the dishes

"Baby can we talk?" Bryson asks turning to Centauri

"About what?" Centauri asks

"The baby" Bryson says

"What about the baby Bryson?" Centauri says with a eye roll

"I don't care if it's not mine. I see how happy it makes you and I love it when you're happy, and if this baby makes you happy then I'm all in." Bryson says truthfully

"Thank you"  Centauri says as she  hugs him

"So is it a boy or a girl?" Bryson asks

"Well we won't know until tomorrow because that's my first doctors appointment" Centauri says with a slight smile

"You nervous?" Bryson says with a giggle

"Just a little" Centauri says with a giggle

"You're gonna be a great mother" Bryson says

"You really think so?" Centauri asks as she looks at him

"I know so" Bryson says with a big smile while he hugs Centauri

"I hope it's a girl" Centauri says with the biggest smile

"I want a little princess too but if it's a boy I'll love him just as much"  Bryson says

"He would definitely be a mommas boy" Centauri says with satisfaction

"What? Why?" Bryson says with a eyebrow raised

"Because why not?" Centauri says with a laugh

"That's gonna be something isn't is?" Bryson says looking at her

"Yea....it really is" Centauri says looking at him as she kisses him

"Alright well you two should be on your way" Linda says coming out of the kitchen with Larry behind her

"What mummy we just got here?" Centauri says confused

"Babygirl were happy to see you more then you could ever know, but you two are grown with your own place" Larry says with his arm around Linda

"Well ok. Just promise y'all will call me okay?" Centauri says

"We will" Linda says

Centauri and Bryson get there things and put it in the car. The get in the car and Centauri gets in the drivers seat.

"Um what do you think you're doing?" Bryson asks

"Ummmm driving?" Centauri says confused

"No you're not you're pregnant you don't need to be driving let me drive" Bryson insist

"Baby we live ten minutes away I'll be fine" Centauri says as she giggles

"Out. Now. " Bryson says
