Chapter 9

"Centauri where are you?" Chris says as he tiptoes around upstairs

Chris hears muffled crying. He walks into a room with Centauri in a chair with duck tape on her mouth and rope around her ankles and wrist.

"Centauri are you ok? Who did this?" He says as he takes the duck tape off of her mouth

"Damien" she says startled

"Come on imma get you out of here" Chris says as he unties her and picks her up in his arms

"Chris" Centauri says

"Yea what's wrong?" Chris asks

"My water broke" she says in tears

"Shit okay okay umm fuck ok Centauri you gotta be very quiet if you wanna get out of here alive with our babies you understand?" Chris says

"Ok I'll try but it really hurts" Centauri says through her teeth

"I know come on I'll get you out of here just hold on" Chris says as he whispers down the hallway.

Chris gets her to the door and in the car. He didn't see Damien's car so he knew that he was gone.

"Centauri you okay?" Chris says as he starts the car

"Ye-Yes it hurts!!!!" She yells in tears

"I know I know it's ok were almost to the hospital they can give you something for the pain"Chris says driving as fast as he can

They eventually get to the hospital and the nurses take Centauri and get her registered in the system. Chris gets the baby bag and fills out some papers. He goes in the room with Centauri.

"You okay" Chris asks

"Yea they gave me a epidural and now I'm all shaky" Centauri says with a giggle

"You ready to be a mommy?" Chris asks

"Yes but honestly Chris I have no idea what I'm doing" Centauri tells Chris

"Me either but it's gonna be okay....you're gonna be great" Chris says

"You think?"  Centauri asks

"I'm positive" Chris says with a smile

"Alright Ms. Centauri it's time to push now" The Doctor says

Centauri looks at Chris and Chris nods his head. Centauri grabs his hand and starts to push.

"One...two...three...push!" The doctor says

"UGGGGHHHH!!!!" Centauri screams as she squeezes Chris's hand and pushes

"Dang you strong" Chris says in pain

"I'm sorry" Centauri says in pain

"It's okay just keep pushing" Chris says

After 8 hours of labor Ella and Diasion were born. Centauri holds Diasion and Chris holds Ella.

"He's beautiful. He looks just like you Chris it's crazy." Centauri says with a laugh

"Ella looks like you she's so pretty" Chris says "You  did good today Centauri" Chris says holding Ella.

"Thank you for being here" Centauri says

"Oh it's was nothing. It was the least I could do" Chris says

Centauri smiles

"Thank you for giving them my last name Centauri that really means a lot to me" Chris says

"Well you are their father even though Bryson was there they have your blood so that makes you their father." Centauri says rocking Diasio

Chris smiles and rocks Ella
