Chapter 1

"Why do I have to always clean up after his ass?"
Centauri says as she picks up his dirty clothes off the floor.

"Centauri!" Chris yells from the bedroom .

"What?!" Centauri yells.

"Come here!" Chris yells.

Centauri stops what's she's doing and goes to tend to Chris once again as if she's his maid

"What is it Christopher?" Centauri says with a sigh

"First off who are you talking to like that remember I run your ugly ass" Chris says from the bed

"What is it Chris?" Centauri says hurt

"Did you wash my clothes?" Chris asks

"I was just about to." Centauri says bluntly

"Ok go get me some soda and some chips from the store" Chris says as he hand her a twenty dollar bill

"You know that stuff is going to kill you right?" Centauri says as she takes the change

"Did I ask you all that? No just go get what I asked for" Chris says with a attitude

"Fine" Centauri says defeatedly

"And do something about that damn accent it's annoying" Chris says as he laughs and Centauri leaves

Centauri wipes the tears from her face and gets in the car. Centauri makes it to the store in five minutes. She walks into the store picks up the chips and soda and goes to the counter to pay for the stuff.

"Hi" Centauri smiles at the cashier as she takes out her money from her wallet.

"I got it" a random guy says behind her

"No it's fine I got it" Centauri says still looking down at her wallet

"Where the hell did I put that twenty?" Centauri says frustratedly

"No really I got you" The guy says as he touches her shoulder forcing Centauri to turn around

"Um....thank you" Centauri says worriedly

The guy pays for both of there items

"Hi I'm Bryson....Bryson Tiller" he says as he sticks his hand out for a handshake

"Is that right" Centauri says as she gets her items off the counter and fold her arms

"Yes" Bryson says as he puts his hands down

"Okay then" Centauri says walking out the store smiling

"Hey!" Bryson says "Let me take you out" he says as he grabs onto her hand

"Sir I barely know you plus I have a boyfriend" she says as she turns around

"I bet he can't show you a good time like I can" Bryson says Confidently

"Mm" Centauri says as she looks at him then pulls out her phone

"Put your number in here" she says as she passes the phone to Bryson

"Ok" Bryson says as he smiles

Bryson puts his number in her phone and saves it as future husband slash keeper

"Keeper huh?" Centauri says as she reads the contact and giggles

"I will be" Bryson says with a little smiles

"Alright so I'll call you?" Centauri says

"Seems good" Bryson says excitedly "Oh and your accent is beautiful by the way, where are you from?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Centauri says

"Well to me you sound British but I still wanted to ask" Bryson says kindly

"London.....United Kingdom" Centauri says calmly

"That's beautiful" Bryson says

"Well thank you but I really have to get back home now" starts up the car "It was nice talking to you though" she says as she closes the door

"You too" Bryson says

Centauri pulls off and heads back home. She pulls up in the drive way right next to a car she's never seen before. As she walks into the house she sees a unfamiliar pair of shoes.

"Chris?" She calls from downstairs as she sees a bra on the bar stool.

Centauri walks up the stairs and she's a skirt that she knows isn't hers. She immediately feels this pain in her heart but she didn't understand why because she been through this one hundred times. She drops her keys and the chips on the floor once she sees Chris on top of some random girl as she opens the door.

"You mind closing the door?" Chris says as he looks at her and the random girl try's to cover herself up

"I'm done with you learn how to wash your own clothes and cook I'm out" Centauri says as she walks down the stairs.

Centauri grabs the bat from the garage and breaks all the windows out of all of his cars. Chris runs down stairs into the garage with boxers and no shirt on

"What the hell are you doing?!" Chris yells

"I'm doing what I should have done 2 years ago. You're disgusting!"

"You better fix my damn windows" Chris says infuriated

Centauri just looks at him until she throws the bat at him. Chris dodges it and charges at Centauri and knocks her down.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Chris yells "Huh?!"

Centauri doesn't answer

"Stop playing get up" Chris says as he looks at her

Chris starts to get worried

"Tauri come on wake up" Chris says as he slaps her face to make her regain consciousness

"Shit" Chris says as he realizes what he had done

"Baby is every-" the girl says as she enters the garage "OH MY GOD!" The girl screams while covering her mouth and crying out of fear

"Call the police" Chris says holding Centauri in his arms

"Is she oka-" The girl says

"CALL THE DAMN POLICE MY GIRL IS BLEEDING FROM HER HEAD WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"

The girl jumps and calls the police. After that she leaves and Chris sits on the floor with Centauri until they arrive.

"I'm so sorry" Chris says as he looks at Centauri in his arms

"Baby I'm sorry" He says as he rubs her hair fixing her curls

"I know I never act like I love you but baby I do I just need you to live baby okay? For me baby please live." Chris says fighting back the tears.

The ambulance arrives and takes Centauri.

"What did I do?" Chris says as he looks at Centauri in the back of the ambulance holding her hand.

"How did this happen?" The paramedic asks as they drive to the hospital

"She fell" Chris says never taking his eyes off of her

"That was quite a fall" the Paramedic says

"Can you just do your job and save my girlfriend please? I'd really appreciate that" Chris as he looks at him

"Right. Sorry" the Paramedic says

"Centauri wake up....please" Chris says as a tear falls.
