It has occurred to me that a lot of Texas Chainsaw Massacre fans consider Thomas Hewitt to be a different character entirely from Bubba Sawyer. Personally I see them as the same exact character, just taken down different creative routes- they are both still Leatherface. However, a lot of people prefer the quiet, creepy, aggressive Thomas so I will be adding him to further chapters as a separate character from Bubba. This chapter will be all the non-NSFW catch ups.

The Basics:
Thomas is a quiet, misguided young man. He often is cold and emotionless but will treat you carefully and gently. He respects you and understands you but makes it clear he is dominant over you.
He has no inclination to hurt you, but often does on accident. He likes being alone and only really likes to be with you when he isn't alone. He prefers you over his family and he will go to great lengths to keep you a secret from them. Unlike Bubba, he has no retaliatory feelings towards his family's cannibalism and will help them regardless of your opinion.
Similarly to Michael, Thomas wouldn't necessarily use the term girlfriend but he does still have feelings for you.

What He Likes to Eat:
Thomas isn't picky at all much like Bubba, however he isn't as familiar with actually engaging in cannibalism like him. He much prefers regular meats and is all he knows after working with it for his entire life.

He doesn't really care what you cook him, he'll eat it no questions asked. He doesn't particularly enjoy eating the way Bubba does, so he doesn't have anything in particular he really likes.

That being said, Thomas doesn't like to turn down food. In his eyes, if you are offered food you are obligated to eat it. It's really up to you to not keep asking if he wants more. The same goes for you, you are expected to eat whatever he cooks.

Terms of Endearment:
He doesn't speak (big surprise), but even if he could you can't see him being the type to coddle you and call you a pretty little princess or something like that. At best he'd probably call you just by your last name; maybe your first if he were in a good mood.

What Makes Them Mad:
Thomas hates being made fun of and being called names. Calling him stupid or dumb is simply a death wish... He is not stupid at all, despite what people think, so being made fun of for something that just isn't true pisses him off.

Things They do That Scare You:
Thomas is no stranger to killing and he doesn't seem to feel much remorse for it. Knowing this deeply disturbs you despite the fact he hasn't done it since meeting you. You're scared he will return to killing eventually and you want no part of it.

How They Show Affection:
Thomas isn't the most affectionate person ever but he can be fairly sweet in his own creepy way. He likes to pet your hair and admire how much prettier your face is than his. He never means to be rough with you and is far more careful and gentle than he seems.

He likes to show his affection by giving you massages and caring for you. If you ever feel sore you can count on him to help you no matter what. On an almost nightly basis he likes to treat you to a bubble bath and a massage before bed so you can relax and sleep well.

If he were to ever accidentally hurt you during a massage just by how massive his hands are compared to your delicate little body, he would make it up to you by picking flowers for you from the yard the next morning.

What They Do With Your Hair:
Thomas loves to pet your hair even if there is no reason to. He doesn't need a reason to spend time admiring how soft it is in his fingers. He loves to brush it and braid it for you in the morning. While he doesn't take very good care of his own hair, he treats yours like the locks of royalty.

Scenario: You Get Sick:
It had been a long day in the terrifying house you'd been living in with cannibals. You hated the house and wanted to go home, the only good thing about the house was Thomas. You were laying in bed with a horrible headache and aching muscles when he came into your room.
You sat up to see him and tried to mustered a small smile as he stood at the foot of the bed. "Hi Thomas..." He nodded his head slightly to greet you back. "Sorry, I have a bit of a headache and-" Before you could finish, he pressed the back of his hand against your cheeks and then your forehead.
Your head was warm, so he gently slid his arms underneath you and lifted you onto him. You whined slightly as he squeezed you and he started walking out the room. He took you to the bathroom and started running the bath. You frowned slightly. "It's fine, Thomas... It's just a fever," you said quietly.
He filled the tub with lukewarm water and started lifting your tanktop, throwing your clothes to the side. He even took your undergarments but he didn't make you feel nearly as uncomfortable as he used to, he only slightly glanced at your naked body for a moment before averting his eyes. He picked you up from under the armpits and sat you down gently in the water.
He pet your hair for a moment as he stared at you. He grabbed a bar of soap and started gently washing your sore body, being careful around your chest and pelvis. You decided not to object, you know he'd win real quick anyways. You sighed and relaxed in the warm water while he softly washed you.
When he was done he used his hand in the water to gently wash away the soap suds. He unplugged the tub and grabbed a towel before he lifted you up and wrapped it around you. He knew you wouldn't want your hair washed the way you felt right now, so he left it alone and drained the tub.
He carried you back to your room and set you down on the bed to dry yourself off while he would get your clothes. He dug around in the small rickety dresser his family had put in and pulled out a pair of panties and a nightgown. He came back to you and finished drying you off then slid the panties up your legs. He pulled the gown over your head and flattened out the wrinkles.
He grabbed your brush from the dresser top and sat down on the bed, pulling you into his lap so he could brush your hair. It was too late now, you couldn't stop him from finishing taking care of every possible need for you now. He gently combed out your knotted hair and let it fall onto your shoulders. When your hair was smooth and your night gown was comfortable, he set you down in the bed and covered you up carefully before disappearing.
He returned shortly with a cool washcloth to set on your head. You smiled at the soothing sensation and closed your eyes. He was a quiet worker, he always seemed angry but you knew in those dark eyes he was just concerned about you and wanted to make sure you were okay. He rubbed your stomach gently over the blanket as he stared down at you.
"You didn't have to do all this, Thomas. I'm okay..." He shook his head and kept rubbing your abdomen. He lowered his head and rested it gently on your stomach, a rare gesture even from him. He was caring but was never one for cuddles. You blushed slightly and rested a hand on his long dark hair. Your headache began to subside slowly and you closed your eyes, drifting peacefully to sleep along with him.

When You Have a Nightmare:
Chances are you wouldn't be able to wake the beast once he's fallen asleep. But if you do manage to wake him, he would bring you warm milk and a warm towel to fall asleep easily again while he protects you in his arms. It's the only time he would let you sleep in his arms, he usually fears he would end up hurting you somehow.

Favorite Gift From Them:
The best thing he's given to you was a bouquet of wild Texas flowers he had spent an entire afternoon searching for and picking. You weren't sure where he had been the whole day and you were worried sick. He finally returned with a big colorful assortment of flowers tied together and handed them to you nonchalantly. You hadn't even done anything to warrant flowers, he just wanted to surprise you and he worked hard doing so.

Songs You Sing To Him:
Thomas doesn't particularly like when people make noise, but he does like your singing. He likes to hear you sing old Buddy Holly songs you used to listen to with your parents. You also hum classical songs a lot and he will often stop to hear the pretty, gentle little tune.
