Journal Entry #16

The events that took place yesterday was unlike any other day for as long as I could remember... As a start, that day was my last day at the Tsukimura residence and it also just so happens to be the day where Suzuka invited Nanoha and Arisa over for a tea party. Of course I was invited too but during the time we spend having tea together, a Jewel Seed was unexpected activated on the nearby area. It was a rather untimely moment and we immediately went over to seal it as soon as possible.

What is most surprising is that the one that triggered it is one of Suzuka's kittens and another surprising one is that another magical girl shows up alongside a woman with wolf ears and tail. They are both hostile to us and they also seems to after the Jewel Seed as well. As if those two are bad enough, the sudden appearance of... 'them' made things a lot more complicated. I don't know why but every single time I see those 'things', I can't help but want to destroy them as soon as possible...

Nanoha on the other hand, she would gotten herself hurt very badly if I wasn't fast enough to shield her, the result however was that I lost my entire left arm and that Nanoha has passed out from the impact of the attack. But even without my other arm I've managed to destroy all of them but the other magical girl, who I overhear the wolf girl, Arf calling her Fate had already done her job with capturing the Jewel Seed. This would be considered as our first lost against them but that alone made me feeling more determined to be a lot more stronger than I was before.

Speaking of which, apparently today is the start of a vacation season and I finally managed to find the exact date I'm currently in, now I can keep track of my time more properly now. And just this morning, it looks like my left arm has grown back to its full length, good as new and it's as if my arm was never blown off in the first place. Arisa and her butler, Samejima are both surprise by my very fast recovery and is most surprised that I am still willing to help around the house.

I've been told that Nanoha's family has decided to have a two day vacation at a nearby hot springs somewhere. While I would love to follow them on their trip, I was called to work since during this time my boss and his workers got way too much packages to deliver as it was a very busy week for them. Right now, I've already done with all the deliveries that are given to me thanks to my attires being as speedy as ever and free from traffic jams.

Oh speaking of my boss I haven't fill up any information about him and his delivery company yet on my earlier journal entries. First off is my boss, Aegis Burton, from the name alone he'd probably came from America and he's the man that owns the delivery company store called "Gradius Speed Service". Apparently his delivery service is widely known in Japan for their unexpected fast deliveries and there are often times where some of his workers had trouble keeping up. When Mr. Aegis first opened up the delivery service, he was the only one doing it and was the first to make those fast deliveries, earning him the title "The Star Viper" hence the .

Due to his reputation the "Gradius Speed Service" has slowly growing more popular in the coming weeks and that's when he starts recruiting new workers who too are looking for a job or very eager to test their endurance and agility while on the job but above all, he wants his workers to not make any risk that would potentially harm both the worker and the package they are tasked to deliver. It was an encounter with one of the workers that got me into the job and how I got called the 'Flight Delivery Boy/Girl' and unlike the regular delivery companies this one is still as small as the Takamachi's Midori-ya café.

For some reason, the name "Gradius" seems to be somewhat familiar.... Well, I'll just leave it at that for now. Okay, I'm signing out for now.

Just as he closes the journal, the sight of his boss, Aegis Burton came into view. The man appears to be in his mid-thirties, with a spiky black hair that reaches his neck and green eyes. He's wearing a short sleeved blue colored shirt with white linings and has a pencil on his right ear. He also wears a pair of black jeans with a belt secured around his waist and wearing a white pair of shoes that the corner of his shoes has a hidden protective metal that are specially made to guard the toes while working. The man himself also has a well-built body as he can be seen carrying a heavy package without any problems. As soon as he places the package down he stared at the boy as he spoke.
