After the battle between Nanoha and Fate, and separately Novena and the Bydo System Alpha, the group warps back to the Arthra as they now stand at the main bridge of the ship, with Fate all cuffed to her hands. On the screen, two groups of adult mages, both men and women had made it to the entrance of the Garden of Time, where Precia Testarossa lies in wait and preparing for something which everyone tries to prevent it from happening.
Operator: Squadron Two has completed transfer. Squadron One has begin infiltration.
Lindy: Thank you for the hard work. And... Fate-san, was it? Nice to meet you.
Fate stood there very quietly, looking downcast and taking a glance at her damaged device in standby mode before closing her hand into a fist. The captain turns back to face the huge monitor of the ship as to see how the infiltration teams goes.
Lindy: [I'd prefer not to show her the scene of her mother's arrest. Nanoha-san, please take her to a different room.]
Nanoha: Okay. Fate-chan, if you'd like, you can come to my room...
Before Fate could reply, the monitor shows everyone in the throne room, all facing the grand mage who stood before them.
Operator: All men have entered the throne room, and have confirmed the target!
At the scene, one of the operatives, supposedly the commander leading the two squadrons speaks up.
TSAB Commander: Precia Testarossa, you are under arrest for violation of the Time-Space laws and charges of attacking a Bureau flagship! Disarm yourself and come here.
The operatives begun moving closer to arrest the exiled grand mage, a few of them stay to watch for any sudden movements the grand mage would do while the rest search the surrounding for anything that would be considered a threat.

The operatives open up a door to reveal a hallway but what they find is something they were not prepared to see. Inside, a capsule holding a girl that has a striking resembling of Fate, rest from within in a fatal position. The scene however reminded Nanoha of how she saw Novena in a capsule before opening his eyes for the first time and Novena stare in disbelieve and he was thinking if that girl could be what he thinks she is.
Novena: (That's-!?)
TSAB Operative #3: This is...
The moment they attempt to get anywhere closer to the capsule, Precia immediately teleports right beside the capsule containing the girl, knocking everyone who was getting close to the capsule within the hallway as she bore an angry look in her eyes.
Precia: Don't come near my Alicia!
The mages at the back aim their devices at Precia as one of them shouts to open fire at her. Each and every magic bullet however were easily nullified by the grand mage's force field.
Precia: Shut up.
She held up her left hand, charging a spell at them.
Lindy: Look out! Block it!
It was too late to block it however as the spell came down to them in the form of a purple thunder, electrocuting everyone within the Garden of Time.
Lindy: This isn't good! Recall all agents!
Amy: Roger!
Meanwhile on the bridge, Nanoha's group are in shock at the scene before them while Fate stared wide eyed at the appearance of her look-alike.
