Training part 3

A euphoria of pleasure hit me like a tidal wave, goosebumps arose on my skin as my body began to heat up

I wrapped my arms around Lucifer's neck and ran my fingers throughout his hair making him groan into my mouth

One of Lucifer's arms pulled me closer to him making our fronts connect while his other began running throughout my hair

My legs began to feel like jelly so I hesitantly pulled away from Lucifer intaking some much needed air

He stared down at me with a smile showing off his pearly whites and then he did the most panty dropping,mouth watering thing

He bit his DAMN LIP

Take me now

I cleared my throat and tried to look as if he didn't affect me

"Ok well um..I have to shower" he smirked at me and grabbed my chin

"I know" he leaned forward and I closed my eyes anticipating another blissful moment

It never came

"We still have training, be ready in 20" he whispered in my ear

He began walking towards the door and once holding the doorknob he turned to me and winked

"You have a nice ass babygirl"my mouth dropped open in embarrassment and heat pooled between my legs from lust

Babygirl....I love it

Once Lucifer closed the door I looked at myself in the mirror my cheeks were as red as tomatoes my lips looked swollen and my hair needed a nice combing

Huffing i decided to hop in the shower and get ready for another day of training

After my shower I slipped on my sportswear and combed and brushed my hair then I put it up into a ponytail

I stood waiting in the workout room for Lucifer he'd left to retrieve something for our training session today and by the devious smirk on his face I knew I wouldn't like the idea

But instead of sitting around staring at nothing in particular I decided to stretch out my muscles

Bending over I grabbed my calves and pulled my face towards my legs starting my count to 30

I heard someone clear their throat making me stop mid count and hurriedly stand up

Turning around I came face to face with the one and only Constallent

"Nice ass" he winked at me making my cheeks flush

"Anyways I'm training you today don't ask me why, don't ask where Luc is because he's not coming" it was then that I noticed Constallent had on ballers and a t-shirt he had a pretty well build just like Lucifer but he wasn't as built

"Come punch me" I groaned out loud and gave Constallent the best puppy dog eyes

"Can we not do that today plea.."

"I'm not your friend here Scarlett I'm your trainer, I'm also a demon so save the eyes please and thank you" I narrowed my eyes into slits and mumbled a few curses under my breath

"What was that" he raised an eyebrow

I shrugged "Ohhh nothing I just.."

Constallent began walking towards me and I backed up cutting off my sentence

"Stop moving Scarlett I need to check your thumb Luc told me about your little accident I need to see if your thumb is completely healed now" I then noticed that my thumb wasn't throbbing anymore it hadn't been since me and Lucifer kissed and ...I still need to ask that flucker why he didn't put me to sleep before popping my arm the other day

"Your thumbs fine let's start" I rolled my eyes and groaned balling my hands into fists just like Lucifer had showed me

"Now punch me" I pulled my hand back and with as much force punched Constallent square in the face

But of course he stood unaffected

So I went again but my fist was grabbed mid-air by constallent

"You don't have to punch me full force you'll hurt yourself if you keep on, we are doing this to work on your form Scar not to see if you pack a punch"he dropped my hand "I was going to let you experience the fracturing of your hand the hard way but I decided to let you off"

He smirked at me " come to this punching bag" he walked me to the other side of the training room "I want you to jab at it, work on your form, pay attention to how your fist connects with the bag"

~30 minutes later~~

"I'm going to die in this war Constallent" I dropped my arms

"Drop down and hold a plank" Constallent pointed towards the ground his eyes hard and icy

I hesitantly dropped onto my hands and lowered myself to my elbows in plank position and my arms instantly began to shake this was my 3rd time unintentionally downing myself and these planks were hurting more and more

"Scar you can't let him hear you say that he will lose it and the punishment of his beast is like no other"

Training mostly consisted of me jabbing the punching bag and trying not to slip up and down myself

My arms were sore and I had no idea how long we'd been training, some lady came in and brought us lunch we sat and ate then let the food digest and we were back at it again

"Your form is much better Scar if you haven't noticed, tomorrow we will work on your legs" my arms were aching but I'd been pushing myself to at least give some decent jabs to the punching bag

Tomorrow? But- I don't wanna

I nodded my head in understanding barely able to even move from exhaustion even though I wanted to plead for a day of rest I resisted the urge

"It's currently 8:50, you've been training for 14 hours it's your punishment for downing yourself you are going to survive this war Scar no matter what, don't you ever let me or Luc hear you say you won't live" his eyes went soft

I nodded my head but instantly regretted when I became dizzy and then
