The chosen one

He stood in front of me looking down at me through his shades which sent a tingle through my body he then shook his head

"I can't believe this bullshit"he mumbled under his breath then began to walk off again " don't fucking follow me Scarlett or I swear to fucking hell you will regret it"

For some reason I felt safe around him I felt he wouldn't do anything so I stomped after him "Oculus fucking wait"I yelled

"Now look what you made me do I cursed" I ranted on

Oculus once again stopped turned towards me and let out a growl ..like a dog growl but way more menacing

He got up in my face and snatched his shades off and his eyes were the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen a ruby red color with a hints of gold specks

"Woah their gorgeous ...w-what are you Oculus" I exclaimed in awe and a hint of surprise filled his face at my declaration

"It doesn't matter you won't remember my eyes anyways" he lifted my chin and I involuntarily shivered at his touch

Why am I reacting this way

Oculus POV

No one has ever though if my eyes as gorgeous at least not a human

Scarlett is really something but why does she have to be my chosen a human can't take on the role of running the underworld she couldn't even fend off that worthless piece of human

He will surely be scarred for days I sent him to hell where he had his skin torn apart just to have it heal to be torn again I only sent him for a few seconds but to him it probably felt like weeks maybe even years time is weird down there you never know

Then I made it so he would never speak of what he saw but he will always remember the consequences if he ever tries that bull shit again

I would've killed him if Scarlett wasn't there I can't do as I please til I complete the bond she has to confess her love for me but I can't bring myself to drag her into this world she's only human

Scarlett's POV

Waking up I had a massive headache I looked around and noticed I was in my own bed

I don't even remember driving home though

Shrugging it off I reached over to my nightstand and checked the time it was 9:13pm

I checked my messages and seen where constallent had texted and smiled at his name

Constallent🥰-bitch why the hell you aren't texting me back

Me- I'm sorry I guess I was so exhausted and collapsed as soon as I got home

Constallent🥰-you guess? What the hell you mean

Me- I barely remember coming home Constallent

Constallent🥰- whatever gurl I got to go my moms wants me to help with the grocery

Me- ok boo 😁

After texting constallent I decided to take a nice hot shower sitting up I looked out the window and then back down only to quickly look back up

I could've sworn I saw red eyes in my window hurriedly standing up i ran to my window and closed the curtain and took my shower

After getting out of the shower I decided that I should complete my homework and go to sleep
