I stepped out of the bathroom with Lucifers long shirt on turns out he'd sneakily came back in using his powers I'm assuming and snatched up my night shorts and tank top and traded them for his shirt which was actually pretty comfy

"You sneaky bastard" I crossed my arms over my chest showing my "fake" disdain while he simply smirked

I froze in place when a sudden wave of uneasiness hit me in huge waves dropping my hands to my sides my body started to shake

"Somethings wrong Lucifer" his face frowned up as he quickly got up from the bed and began walking towards me slowly

I looked towards him and felt a tear in my eye

Why was I crying

"S-something is so very wrong" the feeling was overwhelming and I dropped to the ground my hands shaking as my ears began heating up

Lucifer was now holding me trying to calm me down but I could no longer hear him my ears were solely focused on the voice on my head

"We're on our way beautiful Scarlett and we will show no mercy" how was he in my head his evil laugh filled my ears

I felt myself become angry "GET OUT OF MY HEAAAD!" I screamed out and then I saw red as I clutched my ears lucifer tightened his hold on me keeping me in place

His laughing was giving me a serious migraine like no other

An image flashed in my head Lucifer lay in the middle of a field my heart dropped instantly

blood and bodies everywhere but I didn't care for that, my eyes were solely on the man who was holding a spear that was sticking out of Lucifers chest

I willed myself to look down at Lucifer his eyes were lifeless and his lips a pale blue

"This could all have been prevented Scarlett" the man spoke "all you have to do is turn yourself over to us" he smirked

"We won't hurt you, as long as you turn yourself in, we will leave your beloved Lucifer alone and you won't be killed"

I knew every word that was coming from his lips was a lie I knew that I couldn't trust him I knew he'd simply kill me and come for Lucifer later

I needed a plan

"We're coming soon Scarlett make a decision" after one last glance at a lifeless Lucifer, I was back in his room him screaming my name shaking me

"For fuck sake Scarlett don't do that" he pulled me close his body heat comforting me

A single tear slid down my cheek at the thought of Lucifer dying I'd actually started to really like him a lot

He made me feel things I'd never felt the butterflies, the comfort, the calm that washed over me whenever he was around

"Don't leave me Lucifer" I grabbed hold of his shirt trying to hold back the rest of my tears

"Scar, I wouldn't leave even in our darkest hour, that's a promise" Lucifer slid his hand under my thigh picking me up bridal style walking me to the soft bed

After he laid me down he went to walk away

I wanted to reach out for him to call him back but decided against it I knew he'd be back so I simply I curled myself into a ball

I began to doze off when good ole Phoenix decided to pop up

That bitch fucking drained my damn energy I couldn't even warn you that he was trying to get into your head we're gonna kill that fucking bitch Open up your damn thoughts so I can see what the fuck happened oh AND THE DISRESPECTFUL BITCH CALLED ME AFLAC WHAT IN THE FUCK EVEN IS THAT

I really did not need this now

"Phoenix if I open my thoughts you have to promise to hush for at least the rest of the night" I huffed out

"It depends" she deadpanned

"Well then I won't let you look" I closed my eyes

"Ok ok fine I'll hush" she rushed out eager to get all the 'tea' as she calls it

I opened my thoughts to her and instantly felt all her anger I knew she would become angry and talk my ear off all night which is why I made her promise to hush

I needed to rest my eyes for a bit the migraine was a dull ache but still a pain in the ass

Blocking Phoenix i turned over and got comfy in the bed right as Lucifer came out of the bathroom and climbed into bed with me

I instantly relaxed into him as he pulled my back against his

Oh shit his shirts gone

Blushing I closed my eyes and decided to think less of what was taking place and decided to enjoy Lucifers comforting body as i dozed into a good nights sleep
