"Layla, I don't know about this," Bellamy stressed, pacing in front of her. She sat nearby, watching him with troubled eyes.
"Those were his conditions," I told him with a shrug. "If we don't do it, we can't get on the dropship."
"Did you know about this when you asked me?" he demanded with wide eyes.
"No, of course not," I assured him.
"Layla, I don't know, this is murder!" Bellamy said.
"It's one person," I pointed out. "A bad person."
"I'm sure it is easy for someone like you to kill," Bellamy exclaimed.
I narrowed my eyes. "I have never killed anyone."
Bellamy's eyes studied her before looking down. "I don't know about this."
Layla bit her lip before standing up quickly. "Fine. Forget it." She was about to walk off when Bellamy spoke up.
"Wait," he said. He ran his hand through his hair before resting his blue eyes on me. "Are you sure about this?"
"Why don't you trust me?" I asked quietly, walking up to him.
"Becuase you're the Ghost," he replied just as softly.
"I'm not a ghost," she said in annoyance. "No more than your sister is the girl under the floorboards."
Bellamy took a deep breath. "Fair enough."
I nodded. "So are we doing this together?" She held out her hand.
Bellamy also nodded and shook it. "Together."
"He was right," I said to no one in particular.
"Who was right?" Lexa asked. I flinched forgetting that she was sitting beside me.
"Bellamy," I told her. "He said I was a Ghost when I first met him."
"You are not a Ghost," Lexa laughed.
"But I am. I have become what I have denied to be," I said to her. When my eyes met hers, I held the stare confidently. "This is who I have become"
Lexa smiled. "Keryada."
I also smiled and nodded. "Yes, Commander. Keryada."
