knocking was heard at the front door, startling both yoongi and hoseok who were cuddled up on the couch. "that must be jimin," hoseok informed, heading towards the door.
as guessed, jimin stood at the other side of the door. a brown paper bag was clutched in one of his fists. "'seokie! these are for you and yoongi." the younger boy exclaimed, suddenly shoving the bag into the elder's hands.
"what must these be?" hoseok questioned. he looked inside the paper bag, pulling out two chocolate chip cookies, that had been slightly smushed in jimin's rush to get there.
"they're a thank you gift, for letting me stay last night of course." jimin beamed. "that's very sweet of you, jimin." hoseok smiled back, ruffling the boy's hair, a habit that became of both him and yoongi.
hoseok gestured the smaller boy into the house. yoongi waved to him as he entered, grinning as he did so. "back so soon?" the oldest teased.
jimin's cheeks turned red in embarrassment. "i'm sorry, i don't mean to be a burden." he frowned as hoseok elbowed yoongi's side roughing, earning a quiet ow from him. "it's fine, jimin, i didn't mean it." yoongi apologized, glaring at his boyfriend.
"jimin brought us cookies." hoseok grinned, handing one of them to yoongi. "whelp, I should get started on dinner," hoseok added and started heading into the kitchen before the youngest grabbed onto his hand.
"can I help with anything??" jimin beseeched, looking up at hoseok with puppy-dog eyes. "of course, jiminie." the elder nodded.
yoongi shrugged and returned his attention back over to the television after he watched the two disappear to the kitchen.
