jimin had been up all night debating on what he should do next.

he had finally made his decision and by the time the sun rose he was on his way to yoongi and hoseok's house.

jimin knocked on the front door a few times, waiting patiently for one of the two to open it.

after a couple of minutes, a sleepy-looking hoseok, who's hair was disheveled and was still in his sleepwear, had slid the door open. a tired smile making its way to his lips as he spotted jimin.

"hello, jimin," hoseok waved. "i wasn't expecting for you to come over at this hour," he chuckled.

"ah... well, i need to talk to you.. and yoongi about something," the younger gulped.

"hm, what exactly?" hoseok questioned, cocking his head to the side. the tone in jimin's voice making him slightly worried about what this 'something' could be.

"something important."

"okay, then," Hoseok beamed. "i'll go get yoongi," he said before ambling up to his bedroom to wake up his boyfriend.

jimin waited nervously for the two to come back.

"jiminn~" yoongi cooed as he entered the living room. He leaned in to leave a good morning kiss on the youngest's cheek, though jimin dodged it, causing yoongi to frown.

"soo," hoseok mumbled, "what was this something you wanted to tell us?"

"well... i was thinking about things... thinking about us.." jimin blinked, unsure of how to tell them. wishing he had rehearsed this last night.

"i think we should break up," jimin spoke up, his breath hitching as tears threatened to fall from his eyes.

the two older boys stood in the doorway speechless, both of them uncertain if jimin was being completely serious or not.

before either of them had time to say anything further, jimin had run off, the tears now spilling down his face.

jimin had run down several blocks before he started to run out of breath.

he grabbed his phone from his pocket, dialing his best friend's number.

"taehyung? can we talk?"
