jimin sat stiffly on the couch, closely watching both yoongi and hoseok's blank faces.
namjoon had driven him to the couple's house so jimin could explain himself before he left back to his apartment to give the three some alone time.
jimin had just finished telling the two why he thought it was best for them to break up. yoongi and hoseok just sitting there expressionless for a long moment.
"that's stupid, jimin," yoongi said suddenly.
the younger cocked his head to the side in confusion.
"we love you so much," the oldest sighed. "we're not tired of you, and you're not too clingy. you're just stupid."
jimin's eyes widened in embarrassment as he realized he kind of just overthought everything.
"o-oh," jimin mumbled. "i-i like you too but.. what about namjoon?"
"he won't be mad if you break up with him. he'll understand," hoseok reassured. "unless, of course, you don't want to break up with him."
"ah... okay.. i will," the youngest nodded.
"well, how about we forget about everything that just happened and go back to normal? how about to stay for dinner, jimin? maybe even stay the night?" hoseok suggested.
jimin hummed in agreement, seemingly more cheerful now as he followed to two older boys into the kitchen to prepare the food.
