"You don't need to be afraid of me boys. I'm the one helping you guys. My name is Elias Harry Bach. I'm a diplomat from Denmark. Now I don't care why you want to get to Earth but I do need to know where you all are planning to get off." says Elias.

"New Orleans. You don't need to wait for us. We have business to attend to there. We have transportation out of port as well." Finn says.

He sounds very mature and official. I just look at him and then back to the diplomat. He's just sitting there nodding his head.

"Good. But be careful down there. I'm almost positive that the soldiers down there will know your names and what you look like by the time we land there. Now if you would pardon me I have some things to attend to right now. Enjoy the ride my friends." Elias says as he gets up and walks through a door at the end of the plane.

"Finn, tell me about your past. I want to know it all." I tell him.

"Why?" he asks startled.

"Because I've been thinking lately. You sure do know a lot of contacts on Earth, and a lot of diplomats. It's abnormal for someone our age to know that many people in high positions. Unless of course they are from a family of high position themselves." I say to him.

He sighs, "Fine do you really want to know about my past? Well I'll tell you. My parents are diplomats. We have tons of money and I know many people because of them. They are apart of the resistance group called the Silent Death. They are high ranking members within it. I was sent up here to join the army and try to get as close to Dr. O'Connell as I could. But once I suspected that you were being followed, I sent a letter to my parents telling them that it's no longer safe for me. They discussed it with the other high ranking members and they decided that it was safer for the entire group if I were pulled and sent back to Earth. I was already going to leave with Elias. I just wasn't sure if he was going to let me bring you guys, but he did. So there now you know everything." he tells me, rather angrily.

I sit there stunned. I was not expecting to hear that come out of his mouth. He gets up and sits in the back. He rests his head against the window and eventually closes his eyes. I get up and go to sit with my siblings. I didn't mean to stir anything up, but I wanted to know, no I had to know because I was beginning to have doubts about him. I'm glad that I can  put my doubts to rest now though. About seven hours later Finn wakes me up.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about me sooner. But I couldn't afford to expose myself. You understand don't you?" he looks at me with pleading eyes.

"Yeah I understand. I'm not mad I was just having doubts about who I could trust and I wanted to put my mind to ease. Thank you for telling me. I'm sorry that you had to carry that burden alone." I say to him.

He nods and goes to sit back down. The door at the back of the plane opens and the diplomat Elias Bach walks out, "Buckle up kids, 'cause there's going to be some turbulence here." He sits down next to Finn and I see him hand Finn something. Finn takes it and nods to something that Elias says to him. They sit together and talk for a half hour and then Bach goes back into the back room again. We ride for another hour, when the pilot comes on and tells us that we are landing in New Orleans. We unbuckle once we land and Finn pulls his gun, because the door opens. Ian and I do the same and this man walks on. He is followed by eight others who are dressed in black jackets, white t-shirts, black cargo pants, and black combat boots, as well as a black Kevlar vests. They have two swords strapped to their backs that make an X shape. They also have gun holsters strapped to each leg and each of them also carry a sniper rifle. Needless to say, they were well armed. We were no match, but then Finn puts his weapon down and walks up to the man who appears to be in charge. They hug each other and then shake hands. Finn turns around to us.

"They are here to get us. This is Quintus Flavius. But you can call him Quint. He's going to make sure that we are safe. Put down your weapons." Finn says.

"Hey. Here are the clothes you will need to change into. Even the baby. It's so you don't get noticed." Quintus says. He waves his hand and seven of the eight walk up to us each carrying clothes. We change right there and while we are changing Finn and Quint talk.

"Is it all set?" Finn asks, pulling his pants up and buttoning them

Quint nods, "Yeah, Desmond is already on the boat waiting for all of you. We have scouts following Logan. As you can imagine Desmond is watching her very carefully. Especially after what happened."

Finn nods and Ian finishes changing Brayden and Kenzie grabs my hand. Quintus looks at us and nods in approval, "Take their bags to the ship. We will meet you there." he tells the insurgents. They take our backpacks and leave the plane. We leave soon after them and I turn around and see Elias standing in the doorway watching us leave. Kenzie holds my hand as we walk and Ian has Brayden. Erik walks behind everyone else by himself. Finn walks with Quintus.

"How's it feel to be back, my friend?" Quintus asks.

"Good. Like I can finally breathe. I'm excited to start training." Finn says.

I look at up at him when he says this and notice that he never changed his shirt while on the plane, he just took off his uniform jacket and is in a plain black t - shirt, which I find odd.

"Good because we need more warriors." says Quint.

"I thought we were doing good. Recruiting was going well when I was here last." Finn says.

"It was. It is. It's just that it's getting harder and harder to sneak people out of the ports. They upped the the security at the docks. As well as become more watchful around town." Quint says.

"Are we going to have a problem?" Finn asks.

"No. We are leaving tonight under cover of the night. Logan is in the city and is probably on her way to the marina right now. We will be good to go." Quint reassures Finn.

They stop talking and within fifteen minutes we reach the marina. Quintus gets us all past the security soldiers and we make our way to slip seventeen. We board and head below deck. There is a man sitting on one of the couch's drinking something. He's in his thirties, very fit, like he works out everyday, well dressed and groomed, and has an air of respect. We walk down the stairs and the man stands up. He shakes Quintus' hand and then dismisses him. He goes up to Finn and gives him a hug.

"How are you brother? The trip wasn't so bad was it?" the man asks Finn.

"No, not bad at all. It was good to see how the city is coming along. There are a lot of new buildings." Finn says.

"Yeah, they started to rebuild again. They are also rebuilding Boston. They're calling it New Boston." the man tells him.

Finn nods and introduces us. Desmond shakes all of our hands.  "Hello. I'm Desmond Tylerson and I'll be your gracious host for the next week." he says.
