Chapter 6

"Spill" I said to Jennie while sitting down on one of the couches after 2 hours of working out

"About what?" She asked confused

"Jeonghan" i said and drank some water

"I don't know what you're talking about" She replied and avoided my gaze

"So you wouldn't mind if i flirt with him?" I asked with a smirk playing on my lips

"W-why would I m-mind" She said stuttering, she's being so obvious

"Ok then, I'll go find him" I said and stood up but before i could even walk she grabbed my wrist and pulled me which caused me to sat on the couch again

"Fine! I like him" She admitted and a smile was plastered on my face

"Very" i replied and smiled while she pouted

I took another sip of my water and directed my gaze at the door when i heard someone enter.

Holy Cow! ఠ_ఠ

I averted my gaze and looked at Jennie who was confused as hell about how I was reacting.

"What's up with you?" She asked but i just stood and left

I went inside the Gym's small shooting range and got a gun, i loaded it will it and started to hit the targets

I then felt another presence in the room, i looked and there he was. Ohhhh nooo

I placed down the gun and left the room and he just looked at me, it looks like he hasn't recognized me at all

I went back where Jennie was sitting and got my bag, I wore my cap and shades and told Jennie that we were leaving.

Before we could even leave i heard a voice shout

"Excuse me, Miss. You left something!" Great! Just great! Note to sarcasm

"Oh, thanks I'll take that" Jennie said and took whatever it was.

When we got inside the car and made sure that it was secure I started to talk

"That guy, that was Jimin" I said but it looks like she already figured that out

"Yeah, i thought so" She said laughed at what just happened

I started the engine and drove off, i need to get home pronto

"I am so sorry" I said apologizing to the guy i bumped into

Me and Jennie are at the mall after we went home to freshen up she went to buy something while I was in a coffee shop and when I walked out the door I collided with this guy who now has a stain on his shirt

"No, it's ok. I should've looked where I was going" He said with a box smile

How cute

"I'm really sorry, I'll pay for your shirt" I said but he declined my offer

"It's fine, there's no harm done" He said still smiling

He's a jolly guy isn't he?....

"Umm... wanna grab another coffee? Yours is already spilled" He asked and I agreed.

After ordering we sat down and talked

"I didn't catch your name earlier" I said trying to start a conversation

"Catch my name? Why? Have I thrown it somewhere?" He asked humorously which made me laugh a bit

"I'll give it to you, that was funny" I asked and took a sip out of my iced coffee

"I'm Taehyung by the way. Kim Taehyung" He said introducing himself

"You can call me Y/n" I said and smiled 

"Nice meeting you, even if this isn't the best circumstance" He chuckled into the sentence

"Yeah, and I'm sorry again for your shirt" I said apologizing agaaaiiinnn

"Can you tone down with the apologies?, you're being so tensed about it" He said laughing a bit

"You're a happy guy aren't you?" I asked with a smile

"The world may be cruel but there is always a bright side to life" He said and gave me a full box smile, Damn he looks cute when he does that

"But sometimes the world can be too cruel to the point where there's no such thing as a bright side" I replied bitterly

"Maybe that bright side hasn't showed up yet" He replied trying to make the atmosphere lighten up

"Yeah, maybe you're right" I said and smiled at him

He was about to say something when my phone started to ring

"Y/n, I'm infront of the café you're in, where are you?" She asked directly

"I'll be out. Just wait a bit, Jennie" I replied and ended the call

"Sorry about that, but i need to get going. My cousin is waiting outside" I said and he just nodded with a smile

"I'll see you around" I said before heading for the door.

"Y/n, mom said classes will start tomorrow" Jennie shouted from her room

"what?!" I said shouting

"Why so early?!" I shouted again but got no reply

I got up from my bed and prepared my bag for tomorrow.

Will I be able to go through tomorrow without shedding a single tear?

I was lost in my track and started to get worried about how they would react...

I may have changed my appearance but inside I'm still the pathetic nobody at school

"There's always a bright side to life" I said reassuring myself and remembering what Taehyung said earlier

I got back to laying on my bed after i made sure that my stuff we're ready for tomorrow.

I wasn't able to sleep, my mind was somewhere else

I know that i should be thinking about the worst scenarios that may happen tomorrow but that wasn't the case here

My mind was thinking of Taehyung

I just met him but i felt so attracted to him all of a sudden

Would i be able to see him again?

I really hope so....

The warm atmosphere he gives off can turn your gloomy mood upside down

Just a simple thought of him made me smile like crazy

Maybe he was right...

There is a bright side

And he seemed like MY bright side
