Markus laid on the hard, wooden floor. Connor was lost, didn't know what to do. "Should i report this to CyberLife? Should I just wait for him to wake up? Should I go get Hank? WHAT DO I DO MARKUS?!" Connor was talking to himself; with Hank drinking his ass of at the bar and Markus laying unconscious on the floor Connor had no one there for him. "AMANDA" Connor blurred out. "Amanda can help me, she- she HAS to help me!" Connor thought to himself. He gently closes his eyes, concentrating hard. A big flash appears and Connor is now in the Oasis.
"Connor, i wasn't expecting you here" Amanda said softly. She stood next to the peculiar blue thing that Connor would always see when he went to the Oasis. "The emergency exit" according to Kamski, the ex-CEO of Cyberlife. "Wow he was a pain in the ass. thinking I was a deviant." Connor said underneath his breath.
"AMANDA I NEED YOUR HELP! MA- MARKUS IS LAYING DEAD ON THE FLOOR AND I DON'T KNKW WHAT TO DO!" Connor shouted. "Which Markus? the prototype RK900 or just a human Markus?" said Amanda, concerned
"RK900.."
"Ok, i need you to tell me what happened."
"So he came to my house, frozen. Then when he unfroze he told me that a North Android led Jericho with him but then thing got complicated and she kicked him out! Then he walked numerous of miles to come and find me and his bio-components froze completely. While he was explaining all of that to me, things got intense and Hank walked in and- and- HE SHUT OFF AND HANK LEFT ME ALONE WITH HIM AND I DON'T KNOW HOW- HOW TO FIX HIM!"
"Ok, Connor you need to relax. Markus is a prototype, with the best bio-components. What you need to do is to check bio-component #9987R and make sure nothing is wrong with it. If it's still frozen then put it against a fire. He should wake up."
"Thanks Amanda, I knew i could trust you." said Connor.
"Good bye, Connor"
"Connor is now back and ready for action!" said Connor to Markus' unconscious body. He reaches for the bio-component #9987R located near the neck and takes it out. It was indeed frozen. "But.. how did he.. function before?" Connor thought to himself. "Anyways, let's get you unfrozen." Connor unfreezes the bio-component. It was then that he realized that there was a slight crack near the left of it. He ignores it and puts it back in Markus.
Markus' LED flashes red."PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ME I- I" Markus shouted while standing up from the floor. Surprisingly, Markus turned on immediately. "Wha- what happened?"
