"How come you two didn't retrieve the souls as asked of you?" Spaghetti quipped at the two female souls.
They both held stony expressions as Spaghetti held his tantrum. Milk couldn't heal a freeze - but she wouldn't say that. Black Tea's pairing didn't help either, but they wouldn't admit that. They needed an Attendant at that time - but there wasn't one. They wouldn't say that.
"Sorry . . . " Milk apologized quietly.
"It is regretful . . . " Black Tea admitted apologetically. Spaghetti stood still.
"Borscht! Send them back!" Spaghetti exclaimed. Borscht came and led them back to the Food Soul storage room, neither arguing or putting up a fight.
Spaghetti leaned against the wall in annoyance. He had a chance, and now they would all be on guard - but those two, those Tofu Twins, went and ruined everything! Luckily, one of them was out of the picture. The other was merely throwing a tantrum, and would be calm and compliant soon.
Suddenly, he regretted not taking Sweet. After all, he was an amazing healer - the best of his class in fact. The only soul in general that could beat him was Milt, and she was still roaming free about with Caviar. Controlled, but free somewhat.
Borscht scurried back. "Spaghetti."
"Yes?" Spaghetti acknowledged, lacking patience. Borscht contemplated telling him the bad news, but figured it's better now than later.
"There's another UR you don't have. Well, three now . . ." Spaghetti looked like he was about to snap.
"Who?"
"Raindrop Cake-"
"I thought he was dead! No one has seen him for years!"
"Well, now he's appeared with a new Attendant - this one is only a year younger than B-52's."
"Perfect," Spaghetti responded with sarcasm.
"Also, Milt escaped . . ."
". . . What?"
". . . And she freed Caviar as she did so . . ."
"How? Isn't she a healer?"
"Even healers do damage. She emptied his case, healed him of the effect, and then broke his casket and her own."
"And she has free will because . . . ?"
"Well, no one ever told her not to do such, and she had time to create her own opinion, so . . ."
"Okay. Great. Perfect. Now there are three URs out there, plus B-52 and those twins. Absolutely wonderful!" Spaghetti calmed down, realizing he had shouted at the end. ". . . Send half our Fallens. Hopefully that will defeat them. You go with those Fallens to ensure the Souls are recovered, but remember, leave B-52. Okay?"
"Okay," Borscht responded with a nod. She turned away and headed to the Fallen Angel containment area, and clicked open the Thunderuda cage.
