Over the next few weeks life shifted and adjusted into what resembled a normal pattern, well as normal your going to get with 6 kids a newborn and a husband who is one of the hottest celebs out and a best friend who is a Playboy model, you know normal right. We been working with the NYPD still Angels kidnap case still open. There have been no leads or anything to go on yet Detective Finn and Strong refused to give up on it. Joe and I were just happy she was home and healthy. Honestly the kids didnt even have a hardtime adjusting to her. Draven out of all the kids is super protect over her and she absolutely adores him.
It was 4 days before Christmas and I was up late wrapping gifts kids in bed and Joey was preforming at Jingle Jam with the guys when the housephone rings, I looked at the caller ID to see a NYPD phone number and quickly answered.
"Hello"
"Mrs McIntyre"
"Yes"
"Its Detective Finn Im sorry to bother you so late and so close to Christmas but I have some news on Angel's case"
"OH MY GOD, are you serious"
"yes Reign I am, we have a suspect in custody at the precinct. Detective Strong and I would like to come down and meet with you and Joesph in the morning to discuss the case get a formal statement"
"oh my god yes please first thing in the morning, Ill let Joey know he is playing Jingle Jam tonight."
"Great I will see you tommorow then Reign"
"thank you again!"
I hung up the phone my hands shaking from the rush of excitement I quickly grabbed my cell texting Jenny knowing she was at Jingle Jam with the guys.
Reign: JenJen
Jenny: Hey what you doing up so late
Reign: wrapping gifts but thats not why Im texting
Jenny: why whats up
Reign:where is Joey
Jenny: they just came off like 5 mins ago why whats up
Reign: I need to talk to him NOW
Jenny: okkk??
Reign: The Detectives called just now
Jenny: omg omg hold up imma get him.
I couple seconds later the phone rings

"whats going on Jen said the detective called"
"yes Joey they have a suspect in custody"
"are you serious"
"yes they are coming in the morning to talk to us"
"Im done here Im not gonna stay for the after party Ill tell the guys they can cover me, Ill be home in less than a hour
"oh my god Joey I cant believe it"
"me either, Ill be home soon beautiful"

I hung up with Joey and quickly cleaned up the wrapping paper tossing in in the closet in the office. I sat for a second, these are the times I wish Nova was here. With a sigh I decided to talk to her something I havent done for awhile with everything that has happened
