Crystal's POV

'Dear Journal,

It's been a month since my uncle and I started learning the ways of the Na'vi people. Things have been going great with my training. Orodon is so patient and understanding. Though my uncle is still having trouble with the language. Norm is finally helping him, but thinks his a moron too.

My feet are getting tougher and I can run farther everyday. Orodon tells me, I have to trust my body to know what to do. Which I am starting to do. According to my uncle Neytiri says "it's learn fast or die". I'm learning to read the trails, the tracks at the water-hole, the tiniest scents and sounds. It's amazing how much you can learn about an animal from one trail.

Anyway my uncle and I managed to talk Mo'at into letting Grace visit home tree. The Na'vi kids were all so happy to see her. Now she makes us coffee every morning before we link. I got to go, I have an early start tomorrow. Until next time journal.'

I close my journal and place it under my pillow. I snuggle into it under my warm blanket. My uncle enters the room and rolls over to me. "Time to sleep Crystal" he tells me.

"I am asleep" I tell him and he chuckles.

"What is Orodon like?" he asks me.

"He's great, we going on tracking tomorrow. He wants to show me something special" I tell him smiling.

"You like him don't you?" he asks me with a knowing smile.

"Maybe, I've never felt this feeling before" I tell him. "How do you know if you like someone as more then a friend uncle?" I ask him.

"When you can't live without them, now sleep" he tells me. He kisses my forehead and I smile. I close my eyes and fall asleep.

(Next day, Home tree)

I linked with my avatar and woke up in my hammock. I stretch and get up before going to search for Orodon. I find him with a bowl of fruit. "Orodon, oe kame nga" I say smiling. (Translation: I see you Orodon).

"Oe kame nga Gilrin" he replies and holds out the bowl of fruit. I take a Yovo and we sit down. "Soon cín uncle a cin will n- allowed na faroth" he tells me smiling. (Translation: Soon you and your uncle will be allowed to hunt).

"Reallui?" I ask in excitement. (Translation: really?). He nods his head smiling. "How do you know?" I ask him in English.

"Tsahik knows" he tells me. We finish breakfast and set out for the day. Grabbing a couple of Pali on the way. As we have a long track today according to Orodon.

(An hour or so later)

Orodon wasn't lying it is a long track. It would of taken us half day to get here without a direhorse. "Welcome ana i Ayram alusìng" Orodon tells me smiling. (Translation: Welcome to the floating mountains). I look at the floating Hallelujah mountains in awe.

"It's breath taking" I tell him. "Mana creatures cui- símen ?" I ask him. (Translation: What creatures live here?)

"Ikran" he answers and I frown in confusion. He lets out a sort of bird call. A screech answers and a banshee lands in front of us. I scream and hide behind Orodon who chuckles. "Tamtam, Chava" he tells it grabbing his chin. (Translation: enough, enough Chava). It relaxed and he gave him a piece of meat.

"Chava?" I ask in confusion.

"Ho na- mui Ikran" Orodon explains. (Translation: he is my banshee). "Ikran na- ú- roch. Once shahaylu na- made, ikran will flui with onlui er feredir in i whole cuil" he explains. (Translation: banshee is not horse. Once shahaylu is made, ikran will fly with only one Hunter in the whole life). He bonds with it and mounts it before continuing.

"Na become taronyu -- feredir -- cin must choose cín own ikran. A he must choose cin" he tells me. (Translation: To become taronyu -- Hunter -- you must choose your own ikran. And she must choose you).

"Ir?" I ask him. (Translation: when?)

"Ir cin are readui" he tells me smiling. "Would cin like na flui with nin?" he asks holding a hand out to me. (Translation: would you like to fly with me?) I take it and he pulls me on behind him. I wrap my arms around his waist tightly. "Readui?" he asks and I nod my head. Chava takes off from the edge of the cliff going straight down.

I scream holding onto Orodon tight. We soon level out and I look around the floating mountains in awe. Along with the wild banshees and other flying creatures. "Ireiyo Orodon" I say smiling and kiss his cheek. (Translation: thank you Orodon). He smiles and we fly under a waterfall making me squeal at the cold water. I pout and he chuckles. Soon we're both laughing happily.

But soon we have to land and return to home tree. We arrive at lunch and join my uncle for lunch. Neytiri is speaking with her mother and Orodon goes to join them. "How was training this morning?" I ask my uncle.

"No training, meet Neytiri's banshee Seze" he tells me.

"I meet Orodon's Chava and he took me for a ride. It felt so free up there like no one can touch you" I tell him dreamily.

"Why are you wet?" he asks me confused.

"Flew under a waterfall" I tell him. Just then Orodon and Neytiri join us. "Orodon, tur- mín glenn- swimming?" I ask him with puppy dog eyes. (Translation: Orodon, can we go swimming).

"Mín tur- glenn- swimming Gilrin" he tells me smiling. (Translation: We can go swimming Gilrin). We finish eating and run away from home tree. Orodon grabs my hand and leads the way to secluded lagoon. He stops and starts to undress. I blush turning around.

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"Swimming" he states. I hear him enter the water and see all his clothes on the ground. "Are cin coming?" he asks me. (Translation: are you coming?)

"Can you please not look until I'm in the water?" I ask him blushing still. He nods his head and turns around. I never thought when I asked to go swimming together. We'd be skinny dipping together. I undress and join him in the water. He smiles at me and we dive swimming under giant lily pads as I try to avoid looking anywhere inappropriate.

We swam until we started to prune up and got out. We dressed and we caught us a fish each to eat. He lights a fire and cooks them. Then we eat in silence. "Cin are verui beautiful Gilrin" he tells me and I blush. (Translation: you are very beautiful Crystal).

"You are very handsome Orodon" I tell him looking into his eyes.

"Im will n- a adan plural edain soon a n- able na choose a adaneth" he explains. (Translation: I will be a man soon and be able to choose a woman). I nod my head, I knew this from talking to Neytiri. "Im anír- cin na n- i adaneth" he says looking into my eyes. (Translation: I want you to be that woman).

"But I am not Omatikaya" I tell him.

"Cin will n- soon" he tells me confidently.

"I would be honoured to be yours" I tell him and he smiles hugging me. Instead of returning to home tree. We climb a tree and share a huge branch. I fall asleep in his arms and woke up in my pod.
