Something's wrong. What is it? Ashley had been in her house, running on her treadmill and listening to her gym playlist. Stopping her workout where she was, Ash got off the machine and took a drink from her water bottle. Turning her music off and heading into the shower, she felt exhausted and head to bed.

" Who's done WHAT?!" Ashley yelled to nothing, waking up with a start. She checked the clock, it was 3:15 am in the morning and she groaned, rolling her eyes. Flipping off her clock and Venom for waking her up so early. Her body already sore, she turned on her computer and ran a search on the symbiote called Carnage. A few news articles, police reports but there was little on what Carnage did to its host. What kind of symbiote is it? Dangerous, he's absolutely insane. This what I get for having offspring...
"Carnage is your offspring?! Dude, why didn't you say that you had children earlier?" Venom was silent, he clearly did not mean to spill that part about himself. Who would, when as a klyntar, his species, the offspring were much stronger than the parent. You were not supposed to know that. Doesn't matter now! All that matters is that we find who's attached to it! On cue, she got a text from Jess.
Jess: Check the news girl!

"Jeez girl... relax, I'm doing it." She rolled her eyes and turned on the news. 'SYMBIOTE SPOTTED WREAKING HAVOC ON POPULUS IN SHOPPING CENTRE' Not good, he's going to kill people. Well, we should do something! Turning the computer off, she ran out of her apartment and started running in the direction of the shopping centre, Venom taking over completely by the time they had arrived. Frightened civilians screamed out, assuming the worst.
"It's another one of them! It's even bigger than the red one!" Looking behind them, Venom shook their head and head inside, examining the worsening damage until they spotted the second symbiote making its way to kill a man, roughly in his thirties, by the ATM. Stepping between Carnage and its next victim, Venom bared their teeth and shoved the 'younger' symbiote into the wall and said wall crumbled around it.
"VENOM! GET BACK HERE, I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!" Carnage screamed, echoing throughout the closed space as it lunged after Venom, its grip over their throat tight. Can you get him off us?! Can do. Venom snatched blood-red symbiote's hand away and bent its arm behind its back, a subtle yet satisfying crack could be heard and Ashley laughed inwardly.
"You should not be here, leave the host Carnage" Their 'simple' plan to get rid of the hostile symbiote didn't go exactly to plan as the pair had hoped. Carnage's head faded away and Ken's head was visible, to Ashley's horror. KEN'S BEHIND CARNAGE?! The boy we taught a lesson? YEAH HIM!
"Ken, you fool, what are you doing?"
"Having a little fun with Carnage, you know what I mean. This feels great!" He's losing the plot the more he's bonded with Carnage. Great, not like he already was an asshole. Shaking their head, Venom beat Carnage into the wall repeatedly, cracks going up into the ceiling and pieces of glass and panelling falling to the floor and breaking into shards. Dazed, Carnage retreated into Ken's body and Venom ran back home, retreating into Ashley's body by the time she reached her door.
"Hopefully that'll be the last time we have to do that." Doubt that Ashley.
