Chapter 4 ✅

Me and octavia were heading back when I slipped and fell down a bank, I reached for Octavia but ended up pulling her down with me. I saw her hit her head on a rock before everything went black.
I wake up in a cave with Octavia. She was still unconscious but was waking up. I tried to stand but fell back down. I lifted my foot into the little light by a fire and saw that it was swollen and dislocated. Shit. I tried to stand again and hopped to octavia who was now more awake. Her knee is split right open. I help her up and we both hobble and hop around the cave searching for an exit. We don't find anything so stop to rest and I felt a drop of water fall on my arm.  Huh? I looked up to see a tiny hole. I shook Octavia not wanting to make noise incase whoever took us was close by. We both pulled away a good two or three rocks till it was big enought to squeeze through. She went first cause her injury wasnt as bad then helped me up. We hobbled along and heard some screams. We looked at each other then tried our best to get to the screams only to see a girl from our camp with a spear in her chest. They were looking for us. I felt a hand cover my mouth and saw octavias was too. I know we were injured but how could this grounder hold us both with so much ease. We tried getting away as a spear went flying past us. The grounder took his hands off our mouths and Octavia and I stood there not knowing if we should run or comply. The grounder took out a horn and blew it, we recognised this as the acid fog signal. We didnt see any but the other grounders ran away. He was helping us? He shoved us a bit harshly back in the cave and chained us up this time. He courtarised octavias wound which looked like it hurt then snapped my foot back in place and bandaged it. Why was he helping us, I was intrigued but still knew that we couldn't stay here forever, Octavia and I needed to get out of here so we hatched a plan when he left again. A half an hour later he returned and me and octavia were ready. We both had rocks ready to hit him if he came near us. We were thankful he was helping but we had to get back to camp. He came near me first and so I hit him. Just as I did Bellamy, Finn and Jasper and another guy came in. "Bell the key" Bellamy looked at the grounder and got the key from his belt and unlocked octavia then me. The grounder woke up and pinned bellamy against the wall. "NO STOP" me and Octavia yelled at the same time. He was backing away but Finn stupidly lunged for him but our grounder stabbed him in the chest.
