"I'm dyin' of this heat!" I complained. The fan wasn't working and the cover I had over me wasn't even blocking the sun's rays! With a new found vigour I began fanning myself faster, only finding very little relief in the small wind. "First he sends me to Sanct Sybil ta freeze, but now he jus' wants me ta bake in Shaharazal!?"

Three weeks ago, after I had an ice breaker with both the Dresvanian and Charleston Princes, I was assigned to a target located in Sanct Sybil. I was about to head home, bought my plane ticket and everything while cursing the cold, but I ended up having a call from Boss to change destination to another target located in Shaharazal.

"Guh! This is soooo annoying!" I whined not being able to take it anymore. I spent an entire two weeks away from the luxury of home, almost died in the process of some dangerous gang fights that caused a wave of homesickness to wash over me and ended up crying with joy when I had completed the task yesterday.

Now, now I'm really going home. The ticket in my hand was not going to fly out the window just like it did a week and a half ago.

"But why's it gotta be sooooo hoooot!" I grumbled. I decided then that Sanct Sybil and Shaharazal were my two least favourite countries.

The speaker spoke of my flight and I steeled my resolve to get home as soon as I can.

I also decided that I would dump a bucket of ice cold water over my head when I get back.

Sieg had rounded Oliver, Hayden and Kuon to travel towards Adrian's workplace in Nobel Michel. The other two either couldn't come or didn't intend to come at all, so it left the childhood friends minus Kevin to set their exploring hearts to rest.

"You sure she won't go ballistic on you?" Hayden asked the obvious question. "She did tell you that she didn't want any visits from us,"

"It's fiiiine," Oliver dismissed the thought, obviously excited to be meeting the beauty he had danced with back at his parent's anniversary. "there's no harm in visiting someone for a little while!"

"Exactly my point," Sieg agreed with Oliver.

"You can't exactly blame us for your own actions," Kuon interjected, watching the scenery fly by the window, his chin resting on the palm of his hand. Hayden gave a nod, indicating he agreed with what Kuon had said.

"Says the guy who tagged along willingly," Sieg snickered as he teased Kuon.

Kuon flushed and sent a glare towards the older male. The rest of the drive passed with light teasing and mild chatter until they had reached the building. It stood pretty well and even had a brand new modern vibe, nothing like the old warehouse-like building they were thinking of.

Sieg took the initiative and rang the doorbell.

"Who is it?" A rough voice crackled through the intercom.

"We're here to see Adrian," Sieg spoke confidently.

"Hold on," The next second a buzzer sounded, indicating the gate was open. The four of them entered and was met with an older man who had yet to break his 60s. He was smoking a cigarette leisurely as he eyed the four guests. "You all know Adrian?"

"We recently had gotten acquainted with her," Sieg answered.

"That's good enough," The man waved them in. They followed him into the living room and he gestured to them to take a seat. "make yourselves at home."

They did as they were told. Each of them taking a seat. The man came back with refreshments and sat down after placing the refreshments onto the table. "Nothing compared to your high palates, but this'll do so help yourselves."
