"You are a monster, how could you do such a thing?!....." A voice echoed.
"You're going to hell for this!......" Echoed past my right ear.
"My baby............" The voice faded into a faint whisper.
Those cries were the only noise I could hear, taunting me, darkness reaching into every one of my orifices, slowly consuming my soul.
I opened my eyes once again to find myself in a mirrored room, the kind you'd find in a fair, no escape, your heart beating heavily as your hands began to sweat. I sat on the slightly hay dusted floor, looking up at the reflected room around me, I shuffled on the spot as I began to breathe heavier. I came to my feet and started pacing through this maze of confusion, trying my greatest to escape this hell, only to walk in circles.
"What the fuck?!!! Where the hell am I?!!!" I yelled in frustration still pacing angrily.
"HehEheHeHEhheEhEHe" Giggling spread throughout the room.
I stopped, and turned to the sound of the laughter, only to see my own reflection starring back at me. I looked from side to side rapidly before I jumped to my feet and began to run once again, trying to escape the manic laughter. It grew stronger and stronger. No matter where I ran, it followed.
I stopped running when I came to a cross section, I looked upon my reflection yet again, this one mirror that sat where the two paths would both meet and seperate. I starred too the right of the path where I was about to sprint, when I stopped and squinted as I starred, I couldn't tell if it was a reflection of a reflection, yet I waited and starred deeper at the mirrored surface. Something felt off, I began to squint harder as my eyebrows furrowed deeper. As I concentrated on the piece, a pale white face peered out from it, staring back at me.
That clown starred back at me, his sinister smile slowly growing as his cheeks reached his eyes. His tall figure hunched over to fit the size of the frame, his smile slowly turning into a menacing stare as he bent closer. I took a step back, hay shuffling beneath my feet, I slipped and fell backwards onto the ground. I looked back up too see he was gone. I shuffled around on the spot, looking frantically from left to right.
"Huh huh hahahuhhhhhhh" He laughed.
"Where is he now? Is he here?.... or is he.... here" His voice echoed beside me.
A shadow ran over the mirror to the right.
"Maybe.... he's overrrrrr here?!" His voice yelled in that high pitched voice.
Then on the mirror to my left.
"Or maybe......" The voice deepened.
*SNAP* *CREAK* *DRIPPING* *SHUFFLING*
"He'ssss right here......" He said as his voice faded out into a rasp as IT whispered on the back of my neck.
Goosebumps crawled down the back of my neck, I slowly turned my head to look over my shoulder, yet.....nothing, no one was there.
"I'm growing tired of your tricks!!" I yelled across the room, looking back around.
I stood back up, awaiting a response, I froze as I felt something breathing on the back of my neck once again, intensifying the goosebumps even more, I gulped, my heart raced as I slowly turned.
*HEAVY PANTING AND DRIBBLING*
"Ohh... this isn't a trick Robert....." IT snarled.
I turned to fully face IT, saliva dribbled down his open jaws, sliding down between each of its monstrous teeth, bright orange lights beamed at my face. I turned to stare at them, I tried to pry my eyes away, but the lights pulled me in, absorbing my fixture onto them, then once again, nothing, just darkness, and the distant echo of that creeps laugh, slowly fading into the distance.
