Logann's POV

I looked in the mirror at myself. 'What should I change?' I was going to change how I looked. After last night my mother decided it would be safer to change how we look so people wouldn't recognize us.

'Eyes? Hair?' I decided on blue eyes. I ran my hands over my eyes and they slowly changed to an light shade of blue. The color of ice shards straight from the freezer.

Next up was my hair. "How about...gray?" I said out loud to no one. I picked up my hair brush and began to focus magical energy into it. I started to brush it with soft strokes. The color got lighter with each stroke. Soon my beautiful dark hair was gone. It was replaced with gray hair that shimmered if you stand in the right spot under the sun.

I stared at my reflection. I was completely unrecognizable. I sighed recalling last night's events. If you had told me a year ago that I would meet my fiance that I literally didn't know existed,  got drugged and almost kidnapped in my own home and also trying to figure out a way to stop this new drug I would've told you to eat a Snikers because your obviously stupid when you're hungry.

Most importantly I still had no idea where my soul was. It wasn't that important. I hoped to atleast find some comfort in knowing something. These days it seems like I know nothing.

I had no clue I was engaged. I had no clue my soul was missing and I had absolutely no idea that there was something that could take the magic of a witch. I just wanted to know at least something. Just something, anything really.

Then and there I decided on something. I would ask my mom where my soul was. It had to be somewhere. It had to be. Witchbane may be real but a soul cannot be destroyed by any other ways except eating.

I walked into my closet and looked around. Mom told me not to wear black today because it might give me away. I rolled my eyes.

I'm going to be honest with you.
I didn't know why we needed to disguise ourselves. My magic came back this morning. I could still defend myself even without it anyways. But with magic I might as well be a tank
The rules put in place for my protection were ridiculous. We weren't allowed to drink anything. That one I get. But the next one is retarded. Vivian and Bercus had to follow me around all day.

They weren't happy about this either. They were waiting outside my room right now. They had to stand out there all night as well.

The only people allowed to have wands in the house were Vivian and I. Bercus wasn't allowed to go into his cat form at all because it "creates a opening for attacks" or something. Wich sucks for him because he sometimes has trouble maintaining his human form for more than twelve hours. Him and Vivian couldn't sleep due to this.

Bercus isn't a human so this was no problem for him. He didn't need to but he sure as hell loved to sleep. Vivian however needed sleep. I left my room. "Good morning." I said to the two of them. "Good morning Loga-" Bercus stopped when he looked down. He was staring straight at a 4'8, female version of him. It was just then I realized that I looked like I was related to him. 'Oh I can use this for fun.' I thought to myself.

"What's wrong?" I asked him innocently. "Nothing." He replied quickly. "Okay Vivian your turn."
I said turning around to face her. "Hm?" She had eye bags under her eyes and her dark red hair was a mess. Her green eyes were blood shot, showing that she was tired.

"Your turn to sleep in my room, duh. I can't have you passing out when your supposed to be protecting me. Especially if I need to use your wand for my dobule welding" I responded cheerfully. I got my eight hours of sleep. I'm good. She hadn't slept since two nights ago. She smiled at me. She hugged me and kissed my cheeks.
