"really?" junhoe hummed in response.

"I don't think im ready for that" junhoe added.

yejin looked up at the boy and she denied what he said.

"why not?" yejin asked. "she seems nice and she's so pretty though"

"yeah, but"

"I need to get to know her more." junhoe said.

"so, you're not denying that she's pretty"

"right?" yejin teased the boy.

"uh really noona?" junhoe said as he avoided eye contact with his sister.

"well, I don't think it would take too long for you to get to know her more" yejin said looking at the boy that was sitting right in front of her.

junhoe nodded and a few minutes later yejin went home.

the boy walked up to his room and he sat on his bed for awhile.

he looked up at his ceiling and he still tried to figure out who could the girl named chae be.

time passed by and he refused to think about his dream last week.

he finally decided to take some rest and sleep after the long tiring day.

the next day

Rosé's Pov

I woke up as my alarm ringed and I stood up to open my curtains. the sun was bright and completely visible through my curtains which meant that it was a sunny nice day today.

I rubbed my eyes before I opened curtains and went straight to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. after a while I thought of going outside for a walk since I rarely do that because I was quite busy these days.

a few moments later, I finally went out of the house and I decided to walk around the streets since the weather was nice.

as I walked around for a while, I accidentally bumped into a person who was carrying around some groceries.

the paper bag fell out off her hands but luckily the groceries didn't fall off because if it did I would've caused a mess around the place.

I kneeled down and picked the bag of groceries for her but as soon as I picked it up and looked at her. I saw her face

her face was really familiar and she seemed like someone I was really close to.

I apologized quickly as I came back to my senses and luckily she forgave me right away.

"im so sorry, i didn't mean to-" rosé said but the lady suddenly cut her off and started to talk.

"no, it's okay" she said in a calm voice. "don't worry about it, thank you." the lady said as rosé picked up the paper bag and gave it to her.

rosé felt sorry and she still couldn't believe that the lady forgave her right away.

"are you sure? i'm really sorry" rosé said and apologized again.

"it's really fine" the lady said and smiled at her.

rosé felt thankful that the lady was really kind and nice to her. but she couldn't ignore the fact that she looked like someone she knew for a long time.

"haven't we met before?" rosé asked.

the lady looked at her and answered.

"i don't think so, but what's your name young lady?" she said with a smile again on her face.

rosé looked at her again and replied.
