You enter the house and your mom comes towards you looking worried.

Mom: Y/n what happened?! Why are you so late?
You: I'm sorry mom I wasn't expecting to!
Mom: But what happened? Why didn't you tell me that you would be late. The principal called saying you took part in a fight that happened!
You: LIES! I wasn't part of it I just tried to protect Chas- STOP THE FIGHT.
Mom: Oh well... was that young man, Chase, the reason why you were involved?
You: What?! No! Of course not!
Mom: I don't believe you!
You: What?!?! Well you should! Chase is a good guy!
Mom: I'm not so sure about that..
You: HE IS!
Mom: Anyways.. I still don't get why you were late..
You: Um.. don't go crazy but.. I kinda got detention for being involved...
Mom: SORRY WHAT?! Y/n I really think that Chase is not a good person to hang out with!
You: Mom I am not just hanging out with him-

*phone rings*

You: Oh it's loren..
Mom: Alright were gonna talk again later about this...
You: Fine!

You~Hello?
Loren~Tell me now what happened!
You~I told yall.. I got detention
Loren~Noo this is mot what I mean
You~ Then?
Loren~I'm talking about your date today!
You~ Ohh that thing! It's still on for today, you said while going to your room

Your Mom interrupted your conversation.

Mom: What is still on?
You: Oh I'm going at... Loren's house today!..
Mom: Um you think! You are grounded for today so that you won't hang out with Chase.
You: Oh what did he do??
Mom: He is a bad guy!
You: You can't say this, you don't know him!
Mom: What I know is that since you met HIM you have changed... You need to stay away from him
You: No I haven't! And just saying.. I am not forcing you to stay away from dad!

You went upstairs

Mom: This is much different! Your dad and I are married! Chase is just a friend of yours that,if I were you, I wouldn't even consider as a friend.

Sophie heard you and your mom shouting and came running.

Sophie: He is not JusT HeR FrIenD

You gave her an angry look. She smiled at you in a confused way and continued talking.

Sophie: He is her boyfriend!! I saw them from the window of my room hugging before, sophie smiled at you exited while she was constantly making small jumps. You gave yourself a good facepalm.

Mom: You saw them what?!
You: NOTHING

You lifted sophie and ran upstairs

You: Are you dumb?!?
Sophie: what?
She smiled like nothing had happened and went in her room.

Loren~ Y/n? Are you there?
You~ Oh! I almost forgot we were still in the call.

You walked in your room and slammed the door.

Loren~ I guess your mom doesn't really like Chase. Does she?
You~ Well that's more like my dad.. I don't know what's gotten into her.
Loren~ Yeah.. So no date huh?
You~ *sigh* yeah... no date...
Loren~ Okay then... Imma go now... if you need me anything text me.
You~ okay.. bye.
Loren~ bye...

You hung up and tried to think of something...

Y/n thoughts: Ughh so Imma just going to text him I guess... well I should do my homework first- almost forgot... it's friday... and I'm staying in. Gosh!

You grabbed your phone to text Chase.
