Acria up top

She let's out a squeak but nothing else. What is wrong with her? Is she scared of me? Yeah, probably. How did she get down here? Did she follow me whenever I dropped her off to class? Ugh, probably.

I continue grumbling in my head all the way up to Acria's office. The assistant looks at me with the tilt of their head, confused, "Sorry got another problem. Is she in?" They shake their head, "Sorry, she's not but I can give you a call when she is. Or Shem ight want to just go to your room." I nod, letting out a sigh, "Thanks. I'll head back to my room and wait." I set Becca down and tilts my head back and close my eyes, "Why did this have to happen?" I open my eyes and let out a groan, looking at Becca, "Come on" I walk out with Becca trailing after me, "I'm sorr-" I raise my hand not looking back at her, "Not here and not now." Becca doesn't say another word, keeping a step behind me. I'm kind of mad that she followed me. She had no reason to and now I have to deal with my mother again. I have no idea if she'd want me kill Becca and cover it up to make it look like a suicide. I don't know.
But all I know is that I really don't want to deal with this. I guess I'm going to have to if Acria has anything to with it.

We make it to my room and immediately go face first into my bed, "Sit down, take a shower or something. I'm going to take a nap until the headmistress gets here." It sounds muffled but I think she heard me because I hear her going to the bathroom. Yes, my dorm room has a bathroom and shower in it. I am, sadly, the headmistress' kid, so I get special and certain privileges. And with the sound of the water turning on I fall asleep.

I wake up in pitch black. I freeze when I realize I'm not in my room. Where's Becca? Where am I? What the Hell is going on?, "I come with a warning Octavian. A lot is going to change and some for the better and some for the worse. Prepare for anything and everything." I open my mouth but nothing comes out. I hate people when they're ominous. I wake up with a gasp. Damnit I didn't even get to question them. I feel the bed dip and see Becca sit on the side of it, "Octavian? You okay?"

I nod, "Yeah, I'm fine." Shadow comes out of my hoodie and nuzzles against my cheek, which makes me smile. A knock on my door makes me tense, "That must be the headmistress. Go sit down." I wave Becca off and go open the door, "Hello headmistress." Acria nods and walks in, looking around my room, "This looks nice. You clean after yourself well." She sees Becca, "Why is she in here? And why do you need me?" I clear my throat, "Um, well Becca kinda followed me, I guess, and found headquarters." I wince as my side throbs but I turn it away from Acria so she doesn't see, "Hmm, so you want to know whether you have to kill her or not, yes?" I meet Beccas wide eyes and nod, "That is correct."

Acria hums, "You've already put so much work into keeping her alive, so what's the point on killing her. She's your responsibility, and she'll also be rooming with you. So you can look after her. If she trying to tell anyone then you kill her." I nod once again and give a little bow, "As you wish headmistress." I wince as she silently leaves.Which leaves me and Becca in silence. I huff, "I'm going to clean myself up." I head to the bathroom and reach under the sink for the first aid kit.

I remove my turn my torn and bloodied hoodie and shirt and sigh at the sight of my side, "This is going to be a pain." The dog got ahold of me pretty good. Ripped my side a new one.
I get a wash cloth and start wiping my side down letting a hiss out, "Shit."
Theirs a knock and Becca comes in, concern in her eyes, "Can I help?"

"I don't need your help." I snap at her but she still comes further into the bathroom. Stubborn.
She looks into my eyes once she's by my side, gently talking the cloth on of my hand. I raise an eyebrow at her, "You're going to get blood on yourself."
"I don't care." She says, staring into my eyes. I chuckle, "You're still willing to be around me after what happened? Aren't you scared of me?" I flash my eyes at her, going from blue to red then back to blue. She tenses, "Yes, I am a little but I don't care. It doesn't affect that I still like you." He eyes stare intensely into my eyes. Watching for a reaction.

Huh, why am I not surprised? My creepy little stalker has a crush on me. I let out a laugh, "Well I'm sure you're going to regret that choice Kitty." I smirk at her but she looks down and gently cleans my side, "I don't think I will Octavian." I sigh and mutter under my breath, "I don't know why." Why would she like me? Especially after what she saw. It's strange but she her own person and I can't control who she has feelings for.

She cleans the blood without a word. But when she reaches for the needle I grab her wrist, "I'm doing that. Sorry Kitty but I don't think I want you stitching me up." Becca sighs and sits on the toilet, watching me. I roll my eyes and start at the top. I wince slightly as I slowly begin stitching it closed. I see Becca wince in sympathy at the sight. I finish working on the front but I'm having a little trouble with the bottom.

I let out a growl, "Damnit." Out of the corner of my eye I see Becca slowly reach for me. I let out a soft growl but she doesn't hesitate, slowly taking the needle out of my hand. She tells me to turn around. I turn and lean my hips against the sink, "I can help you, just hold still." I smirk at her, "Are you going to make me?" Becca looks up and raises an eyebrow at me, "I could just tie you down in your chair." Would she really? Oh that's so tempting but I just want to get this over with, "Just finish it."

Becca shrugs but I feel like she's leaving that choice open because her eyes glint as she looks at me. She looks down and starts. I don't want to get close to her. Not after last time. I don't want to hurt her. And that will be putting her in danger. She's in enough danger as it is with her knowing. The other people I work with won't like her knowing and will either try to kill her themselves of hire someone to do it.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I feel something cold on my stomach. I look down and see Becca pushing gently on my stomach to move me so she can get a better angle, "Your hands are cold Kitty." Becca shrugs again, concentrating. I sigh and let out a small whistle. Becca twitches and looks at me, "What was that?" I smirk, "Shadow." Right when I say his name he comes flying in and lands on my shoulders.
