I remove it but I'm still doubtful. I don't like this. This makes me feel vulnerable. I've only shown this much to one. Shown all these scars. All these scars I bear from killing. And those that I got from fighting.

Natosha gives me a soft look, "It's okay Octav, lower your arms." I look down and realize I subconsciously covered my chest with my arms. I feel Natosha sit beside me and I take a deep breath and slowly lower my arms back to my sides. She lays her hand over mine, "It's okay Octav. Now could you raise your arm so I can get to your stitches?"

I nod numbly and let her raise my arm since I don't. She gets out a small exacto knife and tweezers. I silently watch her work and it surprisingly doesn't hurt. Her hands are swift and gentle. She doesn't speak as she works, concentrated.

I try not to laugh as I see her bite her lip in concentration. She stops and looks up at me. Oh guess she felt me staring, "What's up? Did that hurt? I'm sorry." Now I don't hold it in. I let out a deep chuckle, which confuses her more.

Shaking my head I reply, "What's with people and lip biting?" She gives my an exasperated look, "What does that have to do with anything?" I laugh at her cluelessness. She doesn't know she bites her lip, "When you focus-er concentrate I guess? You bite your lip." She looks down with a blush. She looks back up and glares at me. Sticking my tongue out at her gets a pinch to the stomach.

I pout, "I didn't do anything to you!" She continues to glare as she says, "You were laughing at me!"

I chuckle, "Good point. I was, you're right." She pinches me again. And this time I get her back by pushing her off the bed playfully. The exacto knife goes flying and my eyes go wide as it flies into the air and what seems to be in slow motion, Natosha reaches out her hand as it goes to her side when it hits.

Natosha winces and I completely forget about me being bare. I rush to her side, "Nat are you okay? I'm sorry!" Natosha winces as I touch the hand that has a hold of the exacto knife in her side.
She smirks as she meets my eyes and whispers, "Gotcha.." She throws the knife under her desk chair and grabs my shoulder before throwing me over her onto my back.

I grunt as I hit the ground and close my eyes. Great I got tricked. I feel the whisper of wind on my face and open my eyes to Natosha hovering over me, "Tricked you. You think something like that will be able to get me? Come on Octav, I thought you knew me better then that." I let out a huff, staying where I am defeatedly, "Fine, you win." She's right though. Something that small couldn't hurt her.

She's fast and she's actually a trainee of mine. Well not anymore actually after a little incident happened so I got removed from that line of work. She's only a few years older then me, twenty-three to be exact, but she's only been here in this line of work for a couple of years so she hasn't been sent into the yet. "I know I win." Natosha says a glint coming to her eyes.

We're quiet for a few minutes just staring at each other and then I realize how close she is to me. I feel the heat if her body on my skin and her breath fans across my face. She slowly leans in and I tense. No, she can't. Not after-hours I clear my throat and look away from her.

She coughs under her breath, "O-Oh. I'm sorry. I forgot about-er-" she moves and sits beside me, looking at her hands, "I forgot that you're still- um that you can't-" she sighs and holds a hand to her forehead, "after what happened with her. You haven't let go of the past." I silently get up and sit back on her bed and look at her blankly.

She goes and picks up the exacto knife on the wrong end and slices her thumb open.
So I guess something like that can get her. Well I guess she is a bit distracted. I sigh, "Come here Natosha." She winces when I use her full name. I motion her towards me and grab her kit under her bed. I take her hand when she sits beside me and clean it up. Once I bandage it I release it and scoot slightly away, "Thanks." She says quietly. I nod and move my arm slightly so she can get to my side and finish what she was doing.

She grabs the exacto knife and a while later she finishes and cleans up my side. She sits back and looks at her handy work, "I think I did well " she smiles proudly at me.

I nod once again and stand up grabbing my clothing. I set my shift on her desk and as gently and gingerly as I can put my binder back on. I don't even get it over my head before I feel a hand on my back, "Don't put that back on. Let your side heal." I sigh and turn to her, "I'll be fine. And I need to head back to my room because I'm sure Becca will start to get concerned and start looking for me."

Her hand slides off my back and she steps away without a word. I have a little trouble putting it back on but I manage. I nod to her as I put my shirt on and leave without a word. Looking at the time I hussle down to the containment building. I have a few hours till Beccas classes are over. I need to deliver Luca and get to my dorm to catch a few winks.

I head over to containment and hand Luca over and file a report. I let out a yawn and head up to my room. I enter my room and notice that the bunks installed. It's black and I guess they included bed spreads and such because it's a black and purple. Huh, I like the purple with black.
I see Shadow slithering all up the poles and side and chuckle, "Seems you're having fun. You didn't scare them did you?" He stops and moves his body out before moving it side to side in a 'no' motion.

I smile, "Good. Now you have fun I'm going to get some sleep." Shadow does back to what he was doing and I curl up on the bottom bunk and quickly fall asleep.
