Harry's PoV
Tomorrow will be a very special day.. our first anniversary. 1 year since we've been married and it was definitely the most amazing year in my life, although I've known Meghan for almost 3 years. Since my wife was taking care of Mika and Archie today, I could go shopping and buy some small presents to surprise her.. little does she know that this surprise will blow her mind. I brought some chocolates, many peonies and roses and went to the jewellery.
I asked for a custom made necklace where Archie's, mine and meghans initials were engraved in yellow gold, since it's her favorite. After buying the chocolates and flowers I went to frogmore house, this was the place where we've spent our first night as husband and wife.. and it definitely had some unforgettable memories. I took the stairs to the attic of the house and started decorating the room, memories of our first night started flooding into my mind
,,You're so beautiful", the prince said while his wife sat in between his legs, her back resting against the princes chest. The private evening reception had just ended and the couple decided to stay at frogmore house tonight so they wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Kensington palace. Harry decorated the attic a day before the wedding to surprise Meghan and have a memorable night with her and it definitely worked! The brunette shed a tear while seeing what her husband had prepared for her, ,,This is amazing harry" she whispered while being in her husbands embrace. ,,I'd do anything for my lovely wife" he said and placed a sweet kiss on her cheek. The couple was just looking up at the stars enjoying their company after a very busy day. ,,Remember when you told me everything about Stars, when we've had only known each other for a couple of days?" The brunette asked her husband
,,How could I ever forget.. I wanted to kiss you really bad in that moment" he chuckled
,,I realised that my love" she laughed
,,You did?" He asked surprised
,,You were constantly looking at my lips, how could I not?" She turned around facing her husband and smiling brightly
,,It's a good thing I still got to steal a kiss from you the other day" he grinned while placing a kiss on her lips
,,a really good thing" she placed her hands on his cheek and pulled him closer
The prince gently pulled the brunette on his lap and started kissing her, within a matter of seconds it turned into a hot makeout session which left both out of their breath.
,,It was perfect having our family and friends around but I'm happy that no one else is here right now" harry whispered into his wife's ear
,,Yeah me too.." she chuckled while trying to take off her dress
,,Can you help me?" She pointed at the back of her dress
The prince nodded and helped her take her dress off. The brunette was now sitting on top of her husband who was pretty much speechless seeing his beauty. ,,How did I get so lucky?" He softly stroke each side of her hip.

He snapped back to reality when he got a phone call from his wife.
,,Hey my love" he said
,,Hey you.. when are you coming back?" She asked her husband while cradling Archie in her arm and having Mika asleep next to her
,,Probably in 1 or 2 hours, why, are you okay?" The prince asked concerned
,,Well it's not the easiest task to take care of a newborn and a teenager.. but both of them have been pretty good" she chuckled
,,I'm sorry I'll try to hurry up sweetheart, How is Mika?"
,,She's okay.. has been asleep for the past hour" she mumbled
,,And our little boy?" He asked enthusiastic
,,As energetic as ever" she laughed
,,I can get us something to eat when I'm coming back, any cravings?" he asked softly
,,I'm in the mood for pizza" she replied
,,Pizza sounds Perfect, I'll get the usuals"
,,Alright, love you" she smiled while saying that
,,I love you too Meg" he said before hanging up

Getting back to the decorating, he covered the ground with large pillows and fluffy blankets. On top of them he spread some rose petals and Meg's favorite peonies. Since Meghan is still breastfeeding their son, drinking would be a no-go, he prepared some virgin cocktails and put them in the little fridge, next to the mini-version of their lemon-elderflower cake they had on their wedding day, he brought it from the same cake shop where they ordered their wedding cake. The prince was pretty proud of what he managed to prepare, but one special thing was missing.
The prince printed out some pictures he and his wife had taken over the last three years, whether it's a selfie or a formal picture at an engagement, he choose his favorites and sticked them on the wall.

Meghans PoV
Since tomorrow is our first anniversary I already had prepared something for harry the past couple of weeks. I cut together a small video with our favorite moments and brought us three matching bracelets, similar to the one he gave me when we were in Botswana. The third bracelet is for Archie, it's a bit smaller than the other two but still lovely. I knew that my husband was probably preparing something, because he was acting suspicious the past few days.. but that's harry. He would do anything to put a smile on my face and I loved him more than anything for that. I'm pretty lucky to have such an amazing husband.. I looked down at my phone seeing a message from him
,,Got the Pizza! Will be there in 5 xx"

A few minutes later the prince strolled into their house with 3 big boxes of pizza. He put them down in the kitchen before walking into their bedroom and seeing his wife cuddling with their son.
,,Hey beautiful" he smiled brightly and pecked meghans lips before stroking Archie's cheek
,,he just dozed off" she smiled while handing him their son
The following evening was pretty relaxed with lots of cuddles and delicious pizza.
At around 1am the sound of Harry's alarm filled the room. The prince quickly woke up and turned off the alarm before waking up his wife.
,,Meg" he softly stroke her cheek
,,Meg come on wake up" he placed a few kisses on her cheek before the brunettes eyes flattered open
,,Harry what time is it" she mumbled tired
,,1 am" he smiled brightly looking at his wife's mad face
,,Why the hell would you wake-" she was mid sentence but interrupted by her husband
,,Happy anniversary Babe" he had an adorable smile on his face
Meghans face immediately softened and she started smiling
,,Happy anniversary my love, but couldn't you wait until we actually wake up?" She stroke his cheeks softly
,,I would.. but that would destroy the surprise. Come on get up, we're gonna spend the day somewhere else" he was already standing next to their bed
,,Harry we have a Child, We can't leave him alone" she looked at him with big eyes
,,I know, your mum knows about my plans, she'll handle it and you've pumped some milk.. so get up" he was still smiling at his wife
The brunette was confused but did as he said
,,Stay in your Pyjamas, it'll be more comfortable" he said before taking her hand and walking to the car with her
,,Put that on" Harry handed her a blindfold as they sat in their car
,,Harry if that's some kind of fifty shades of grey game you're playing with me I'll slap you" she looked at her husband who was laughing
,,Don't worry, we're not going to do that.. Atleast for now" he smirked at his wife before placing a kiss on her hand
After he convinced Meghan to put on the blindfold he quickly drove to frogmore house leading her to the attic.
,,Alright, we're almost there my love" he caressed her waist before hugging her from behind
,,You can take it off now" he whispered into her ear
Meghan did as he said, she felt her heart making a jump and her mouth dropping.
,,Did you?" she asked amazed
,,Yeah yesterday, when you were taking care of the kids" he rested his chin on her shoulder.
,,Happy anniversary Meghan" he placed a kiss on her cheek before the brunette turned around hugging him tightly
,,This Is the most beautiful thing you've ever done" she whispered while wiping away a tear
,,Come on let's sit down, I've prepared some snacks" he pulled her over to the big pillows and made her sit down while he got the little cake out of their fridge.
,,Is that?" She smiled brightly
,,Yeah.. lemon elderflower like our wedding cake" he smiled softly and gave his wife a piece of the cake.
,,As good as i remember it" she closed her eyes enjoying the taste of the cake. She put the sweet treat beside her and sat down on Harry's lap, facing him.
,,This is absolutely amazing.. thank you so much for preparing everything and putting so much effort into it, I really love it harry" she looked around the attic and smiled softly
,,I would do anything for you.. you know that my love" he had his arms around her while the brunette looked at this baby blue eyes
,,I love you so much" she whispered before placing her lips on her husbands
