29 | one more day

"It looks beautiful!" Aphrodite said as she looked at the decorated place.

"Don't you think it looks pretty?" Jaemin asked Donghyuck. Donghyuck only looked at him and nodded. He still had a sad face.

"Jaemin! Come here! Can you help me set this up?" Aphrodite said. Jaemin nodded his head and walked over to help.

"Donghyuck. How are you holding up?" Taeyong asks as he sits down next to Donghyuck.

"It's getting harder and harder everyday. I just miss him so much," Donghyuck said trying to hold back tears.

"How do you think Mark is holding up?" Taeyong asked. Donghyuck looked at him.

"He probably misses just as much as I do," Donghyuck said confidently, which was true.

"You're right," Taeyong sighed. Mark is probably having anger problems and is yelling at his father and Jisung.

Mark was the son that got the most anger issues. He was just like Hades maybe worse. Taeyong and Jisung on the other hand weren't like Hades. They both turned out like Persephone.

"Taeyong. You got dumped by your girlfriend. That's pathetic!" Mark laughed. Jisung was giggling next to him.

"At least I had a girlfriend. Unlike you, you're so awkward and so unapproachable that girls don't want to date you," Taeyong said back, laughing at him.

"Fuck you! And fuck off!" Mark yelled.

"Mark! Where did you hear that word from!" Hades yelled at him.

"Who else! You obviously. You're always yelling at someone on the phone!" Mark yelled back.

"Don't yell back at me! Now apologize to your brother!" Hades yelled back.

"Unfuck off!" Mark yelled at Taeyong.

"Say it correctly!" Hades yelled.

"I'm sooo fucking sorry!" Mark yelled and crossed his arms.

"Mark!" Hades yelled back.

"I'm sorry! Jeez is that what you wanted you old hag!" Mark yelled.

"What the fuck did you just call me?" Hades yelled.

"An old hag!" Mark yelled back.

"Go to your room!" He yelled.

"Fine!" Mark stood up and stomped up to his room and slammed the door shut.

"I was hoping for a family dinner without one of you two yelling," Persephone said calmly as she was cutting her chicken.

"I'm sorry," Hades said.

"And Taeyong. Next time Mark tells you something please don't attack him back. He's gonna get all mad. You know he has anger issues," Persephone said.

"Yes mom," Taeyong said as he looked down.

After Taeyong had left and was disowned by Hades. Mark changed. He didn't have an older brother to yell at anymore. He only had Jisung and Jisung was sensitive but still was rude and had attitude.

Hades and Persephone were shocked by Mark's change but they didn't say much since it was a good change... for him at least.

"Can I not show up to the wedding?" Donghyuck suddenly said.

"That's gonna be impossible. Your mom is gonna some way have you be at the wedding," Taeyong said.

"You're right," Donghyuck says.

"Taeyong! Come on and help us!" Aphrodite yelled. Taeyong nodded at her and he stood up.

"Stay strong," Taeyong said to Donghyuck as he ruffled his hair.

Donghyuck nodded his head and looked back down at the ground. Donghyuck suddenly looked at his hand.

He looked at his finger were he had his ring on. Jaemin had gave it to him yesterday. Their proposal ring. Which had no purpose since their were gonna change the next day.

Donghyuck suddenly got even more depressed. He didn't want Jaemin to give him this ring. He wanted Mark to give to him.

"I just gotta continue this for my mother," Donghyuck mumbled.

"Taeyong. Can you go out and get some food for us?" Aphrodite asked. Taeyong nodded his head. He left the castle. This was the perfect moment for him to go and tell Mark.

Taeyong ran all the way to their castle.

"Sicheng!" Taeyong said as he saw him.

"Taeyong? What are you doing here?" Sicheng asked.

"Can you bring Mark out here?" Taeyong asked.

"Sure," Sicheng said as he turned around and headed to the castle. About 5 minutes later, Sicheng came back with Mark following him.

Mark looked extremely annoyed.

"Mark-," Taeyong said but got interrupted by him.

"What do you want?" Mark said annoyed.

"Donghyuck is getting married tomorrow. I'll give all the information. I just came to tell you about it," Taeyong said.

"Why! To make me even more depressed!" Mark yelled.

"No! So you can stop the wedding," Taeyong said as he put his arms on each side of Mark's shoulders. Mark widened his eyes.

"Are you being serious?" Mark asked.

"Yes. I wouldn't have came here to tell you if I wasn't serious," Taeyong said.

"Alright. I'll go and stop the wedding tomorrow," Mark said.

"You didn't hear this from me. Alright," Taeyong said. Mark nodded with a smile on his face.

Taeyong nodded and started to walk away but stopped when he heard Mark say something.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you," Mark said. Taeyong turned around and looked at him.

"It's alright," Taeyong smiled.
