8 | falling in love?

"What are we going to tell our parents?" Donghyuck asked.

He put on his jacket as he was finally done drying off. Mark was also back in his suit.

"They probably didn't even notice we were gone," Mark said coldly.

"So did you have fun?" Donghyuck asked. He grabbed the older's arm and held onto it.

"I guess I did," Mark smiled. It was genuine smile. Mark's hasn't smiled like that in a while.

"Hey! I've never seen you smile like that! Do I really make you that happy?" Donghyuck asked.

"Not everything is about you Donghyuck," Mark said. Donghyuck scoffed.

"That's a lie," Donghyuck smiled.

The two kept on walking back to the grand castle. The music was still blasting as loud as ever.

"Seems like we were never gone," Mark chuckled. The two entered through the doors. Nobody noticed them entering.

"Let's go back to where you were sitting down," Donghyuck said intertwining his hand with Mark's. Mark looked down and blushed. He looked the opposite way so Donghyuck wouldn't notice.

"Stupid Donghyuck," Mark mumbled but Donghyuck didn't hear it.

They both sat down, where Mark was earlier.

"Did your dad drag you here to this party?" Donghyuck asked. Mark only nodded with the same cold face.

"Did your mom drag here too?" Mark asked back. Donghyuck nodded. He didn't want to attend the party but because he was old enough . He had to be there.

"How long do you think this party is going to last?" Donghyuck asked the older.

"I don't know," Mark responded. Right when Mark was going to ask Donghyuck about his aura he was interrupted.

"Mark!" Donghyuck looked at who yelled his name. He remembers the deep voice calling Mark one time and now he's hearing it again.

"Gotta go!" Donghyuck whispered and quickly escaped. Mark looked at where Donghyuck looked and realized it his father.

"Who were you just talking to?" Hades asked his son. Mark only rolled his eyes.

"Why do you care?" Mark asked.

"Answer my question," He leaned closer to Mark.

"Aphrodite's son," Mark smirked.

"I told you to never hang out with Aphrodite's son! Don't you remember!" He whispered yelled at Mark.

Someone just so happened to walk by and heard the conversation.

"Awe, come on Hades. My son isn't that bad for your son," Aphrodite smiled as she leaned closer to Hades.

"Listen, your son seduced my son and rebelled against me. I don't want that to happen again," He whispered to her. She simply nodded her head.

"Don't worry. I have plan for my Donghyuck. So you shouldn't worry about that," She replies to him.

"Nice doing business with you Aphrodite," He says as he straightens his suit. She smiled and walks away from the two.

"Can we go now? This place is boring," Mark scoffed.

"Go ahead. I'll stay here a big longer," Mark got up and walked outside the castle.

"Why is my aura this light?" Mark mumbled to himself. Instead of going back to his home. He decided to pay his older brother a visit after knowing where he has been.

He walks closer and sees Donghyuck's castle. As he keeps walking closer he sees someone very familiar.

Taeyong.

"Hello Taeyong hyung," Mark said a few feet away from Taeyong.

"What are you doing here?" Taeyong replies back.

"What! I can't visit my other brother?" Mark smirks.

"I know. You want something," Taeyong scoffed.

"I guess your right? Can I ask you a question?" Mark said as he walked closer to Taeyong.

"You came here for a simple question?" Taeyong placed his hand on his face in disappointment.

"Yes! Now look!" Mark said. He simply thought about Donghyuck's smile and everything about him. Like that Mark's aura bursted like flames. Execpt it was a very light blue color.

Taeyong widened his eyes. He remembers this too well. Instead of showing a shocked face, he gave a soft smile.

"Is my younger brother falling in love?" Taeyong cooed.

"Ew. Don't every do that again," Mark turned away from him in disgust.

"Well it's not me guessing. Your aura is showing it," Taeyong laughed.

"I am not falling in love! My aura is supposed to be getting darker if I'm really falling in love," Mark said.

"That's what I though too," Taeyong replied.

"So explain why my aura is doing this!" Mark stomped the floor.

"It's true. You are falling in love but here's the situation. Your falling in love with someone from Aphrodite's side. If you fall in love with someone from their side your aura gets lighter because.... well their aura is obviously lighter," Taeyong explained.

That was the reason for Taeyong's aura completely changing. It turned to a lavender color. It showed that he was still the son of Hades but just wanted to be a part of Aphrodite side. 

"I can't be falling in love with Donghyuck!" Mark yelled. Now that really shocked Taeyong.

"Who did you think of to make your aura to burst like that!" Taeyong quickly asked.

"Donghyuck," Mark mumbled.

"I told you! He's Aphrodite's son!" Taeyong told his younger brother but Mark only crossed his arms and pouted.

He told his brother to think about Donghyuck again. Mark only rolled his eyes and just with a simple thought of the younger. Mark's aura bursted into the light blue color.

Taeyong kept on looking at his aura. There is a difference between his aura and Taeyong's aura from when he was first falling in love with Jaehyun.

Taeyong's aura was more of a baby blue color. While Mark's is cool light blue shade.

"You can go now. I'll have to go to my friend to know more information about your aura," Taeyong said pushing away his brother.

"Thanks hyung," Mark said as he walked away.

Taeyong only smiled. He missed his younger brother calling him hyung.
