"It's been 2000 years."
You start, a smile on your face as you face Zeno who was sitting beside you under the sky that was filled with stars.
"It must've been hard for you."
You reach your hand out to caress his cheek.
"I'm still sorry for leaving you guys back then."
Zeno smiled tenderly but you could still see the sadness and pain in his eyes.
"And as I'll always say: don't be."
He replied softly as he pulled you into a warm hug.
"You sacrificed your freedom, fought wars and drove all of the bad guys away, for us."
Zeno holds your hand gently then puts it on his lips, kissing your palm while staring straight in your eyes.
"We all know how how much you did for us, for the kingdom."
The blonde male caresses your cheek this time, gently rubbing his thumb on your cheek with a smile.
"There's no need to be so guilty, no one hated you for it after all."
You smiled as well before closing your eyes and holding his hand, feeling his warmth as you felt the butterflies in your stomach.
"So I should be saying this to you, [Y/n]."
You opened your eyes, still seeing his gentle smile that it made your tear up.
"It must've been hard on you."
"Yes.."
You admit, voice breaking as the tears kept going which made Zeno to hug you back again, feeling his heart ache to see you break down.
"Hey, do you remember that time when Shuten told you about me throwing him in the the sky?"
After crying and comforting each other, both you and Zeno were reminiscing, talking about the funny things that occurred with the original dragon warriors.
"Because he poured the bucket of water on you, thinking you were Guen?"
"Yeah. My delicious food got caught up in it that's why I was so angry."
"I remember that memory very well!"
Both of you laughed and continued to talk, catching up with each other until it was already time to sleep.

"So, this priest of yours lives here?"
Jaeha ask as you all stood in front of the familiar house.
"Yun, did you once live here?"
The green haired adds while you skipped ahead, Yun walking beside him.
"Yeah. It hasn't been that long, but it feels like, I've been gone for years."
"Hey, hurry up!"
You shout out of excitement with sparkling eyes.
"I can't wait to see Ik-Soo!"
You go back to hold Yun's hand and drag him with you.
"I'm sure you too!"
"Hey, slow down!"
